I have the same type problem. It's like the base of my penis isn't at my body where it should be when erect. It doesn't stop me from continuing, but it makes my NBP measurments hard to do since it's so hard to tell exactly where to start from. My NBP measurment hasn't changed noticably during the time I've gone from 7.5-8 BPenis EnlargementL.

On the underside, I've found that some ball stretching pretty much takes care of this by forcing the underside penis skin to grow more and allow the scrotum to hang from where it's supposed to. The method I'm using is described at Thundersplace in the "low hanging balls' thread.

Did you have something like this (but smaller) before Penis Enlargement or it's exclusively related to Penis Enlargement? If so can you judge at what girth it started to grow ?

I NEVER had this effect beofre NPenis Enlargement/Penis Enlargement. only after.
I can get exactly how much I have gained by measuring from where the hairs start on the penis shaft to the bone.
If I do this flaccid it tells me how much I gained flaccid and the same in erect.
 
Yea I have both and it sucks. Tweezing works for the hair on the shaft, so thats not a prob. Not sure there's anything you can do about the extra skin though. I'm going to have to do something about the skin, when I'm done with Penis Enlargement.

The "exercise" I referred to for the "turkey neck" is ball stretching. Specifically, keeping them extended for long periods of time. That seemed to improve the length of skin on the underside of my penis allowing the scrotum to hang from further back. The method I use is described in the thread I mentioned at thundersplace.
 
Since not everybody gets it it seems that different people grow different parts of penis. I just wonder if it's genetics to blame or the choice of exercises.
 
i don't have loser skin from pe. i dont' know i try to go to the base of the dick and not touch the skin inbetween at all. i try to keep away from the skin to my nut sack because then it draggs up and hurts when i jelqu. so.......i dont' know if it's really bothering you if it's not too late already just try to jelqu above that skin thing. least that's what i think???:confused:
 
YetToGrow brought up an interesting point there...It could be that some people are genetically inclined to experience this, or it could just be the choice of exercises we perform in our routines.

I don't want to say either way, as I'm not very experienced with this theory at all. I can say this however, my skin is now a bit more slack since I've began Penis Enlargement'ing.
 
Hey well im nearly as big around as long also but and had sort of the same problem. I started stretching my nut sac when i do some manual stretches and it has seemed to be working.
 
Anyone who has the skin and hair issue mentioned here than do the test I talked about and measue from the hair to the pubic bone and see if thats the amount of length you have gained since Penis Enlargement. Also same with the skin, read back through the thread if you must for detailed explanation.
 
i too have the flappy skin and the hair on the bottom of that shaft, but what i think the cause of it is the dry jelqing that i did when i first started Penis Enlargement. I think that what i did was that when jelqing starting from the bottom of the shaft i would also pull the base skin along with the top of my balls with it too. Im almost sure that this is the cause of it.
 
I noticed it, it seemed like common sense to me. You pull something, it stretches/moves. Then it eventually stays where you stretched/moved it to.
 
The loose skin part of your theory makes sense to me. The hair does not. I always had hair growing up the shaft of my penis.

Good thread, and I also have the hairs crawling up my shaft, some on the top middle, more on the sides (Where I´ve been trimming since I got my first gains but they still grow) and I also think I have a bit of skin flap if I understood correctly.

My ball sack is the worst of all, my penis definately took some of the skin and I can even recognize how some scrotum skin is now in the bottom base of the shaft and the front of the sack seems more attatched to the penis than to the body.
 
Hey Red!!

Have you reduced your turkey neck at all since you started this thread. I also have some growing turkey neck--I guess from all the stretching. I also have a high girth to length ratio. The hair is also crawling further and further down the side of my shaft.
 
I'm thinking about buying one of those leather ball stretchers to reduce my turkey neck. Has anyone tried one lately? My balls hang low enough as it is, but that turkey neck is more prominent with my flaccid hang.
