I'd like to hear your thoughts on this too, especially whether or not hanging decreases EQ even if it makes length gains, and whether or not kegeling can counter the effects of incorrect stretching from either manual work or hanging work, based on Red's affirmations
 
I do pretty intense stretching on my ligs directly with only an increase in EQ to show for it haha
 
Is there any confirmation that __________ really does these? I feel like the title has nothing to do with the exercise.

True being patient in a world of impatient people is a real challenge, im almost sure that most men wouldnt be able to follow a routine..n younger men most of them have no clue about PE n even if they knew about PE, they woulndt have the patience n the wisdom to follow a routine..i think most guys want to have sex n stuff but they dont think about their penis size at all..

Usually a man does not consider his size until something comes along that brings a sense of insecurity. Things like negative remarks from a girl during sex, watching big dick ����, made fun of in the shower rooms at school and other events like this. The reason I started was because I was not able to achieve a full erection due to medication and I wanted a way to strengthen my EQ. Once I got involved my girlfriend, at the time, told me she was with 2 men who were bigger than me. That comment made me ever so determined to get bigger. With that kind of fuel in my system I tacked on 2" in six months and I graduated to the biggest she has ever had. The rest in history...including her:)

Did a bunch of these stretches for an hour before my girth workout last week and finally found the fatigue limit of my penis. I was greeted with an ever so tiny drop of blood after my last pumping set. It made me a little sad lol.

Wow! That doesn't sound good bud. Do you think this stretch caused the bleeding ? Or the duration you did them for?

Nah, Lex won't do these. I just used his name as advertisement, but they do work.
 
Amazing that Red comes back at a time I am dealing with what I think is a thrombosed vein... Seems almost coincidental! Read through all your stuff and been doing the hot/cold dunks daily man. Glad you're back!

hey if RED is saying these are more intense than hanging and DLD blaster well then it's worth a look

but anyway any chance in hell u can post an actual pic of this? like prop the phone somewhere and have it take a pic while you're in the "sweetspot" or "in the moment" of this exercise? just to be sure that i have the right idea cuz i can't exactly comprehend the drawing:s. i do understand the description for the most part however.

it also seems like this could be done with the fingers as the fulcrum too.

but yea please if u can post a pic of this unless there is a similar video in the members section of this site u can direct me to I would appreciate it, just to confirm i have the right idea on how to perform these, thanks
 
This exercise is an old goodie that mustn't be left in the dark! it was inspired by both DLD, and another old member, directly targets the suspensory ligament ... DIRECTLY with the lengthmaster.

When I created this, it was the power assist I used, but now it is so ready for the lengthmaster.
