Study the basic diagram that is now 10 years old, its viewpoint is Birdseye looking down on you .. its very simple, all your doing is trapping the suspensory ligament on the right side, then stretching .

I used the lengthmaster, the older model was easier to perform this then the newer one, but it can still be done.
Yeah I get the idea, but I would like to see it executed the right way. This is like bodybuilding. Is not the same watching somebody working out in youtube, as having a professional coach correcting your posture nd execution of the exercise.

Having so many people doing it I dont understand how it becomes so classified and top secret to take a a few simple pictures and post them. Specially in 10 years,

I understand the concept, but the V-SES Stretch practicality is very difficult to execute. Studying the Penis ligament(s) and tendons. The Suspensory Ligament is attached to the Deep Penile and the Pubic Bone you can't hook the ligament with the "T" shape end of the Power-Assist. It seems you are pushing into or hooking (fulcrum) the Fundiform ligament on one side at a time and pull the penis towards the PA and then opposite direction away from the PA

I completely understand what you’re saying and that would be extremely intense. So you could use either the powerassist or the lengthmaster yo accomplish this. It would be considered both an expressive stretch and a ligament stretch . I can’t wait to try. I imagine the stress you must be very very powerful.

Have you tried with the Lengthmaster ?

REDZULU - any progress on developing a video clip on this "Vox Succurro extorqueo" stretching exercise?

woooh im one of the most skeptical guys hereLOL LOL that guy steale had long cock already he gained doing that exercise and he got bigger...another succesful man hahaha gotta get as big as steale too im tired see yall tomorrow.:sleep:

Nope. Its a mystery exercise (cwl) TBH much more better exercises around such as the DLD A stretch blasters.

If anyone is really yearning, and chomping at the bit that much, give those a try! bundled stretches are also a beast.

This exercise, although it did help me 10 years ago, isolates the suspensory ligament, its not the most successful method developed to enlarge the penis, and much more a specialized execution.

I'm currently doing the bundled A Stretche blasters with my length master for 1 hour daily. I will it for 3 months before switching to another exercise. Or do you suggest I do the blasters for 6 months?
