Got my first lig pop today doing these (My second day of Penis Enlargement)
There was no pain during it, or after, so I know it's no issue. Still scared the crap out of me, though. LMAO
 
Your hands. That's how you first learn to do it and become accustomed to it. Then you get a LengthMaster or hanger to increase the force when you have monet. You don't need devices to gain, just good old fashioned elbow grease. Work your way up to it.
 
hey RED ZULU, how long did it take for you to get from 8 to 8.3 inches and how often and long did you do it for????

obviously your gonna use your hands. i meant when you jam the power assist into the side of your dong what other things around the house could you use to have the same affect.
 
Is Red still around? The BlueWhale stretch was powerful in itself, this looks amazing if I could only replicate it for myself. I did try these a few years back, maybe I'll have more luck with them this time around. I used to use either 2 fingers or my thumb but after awhile they'd cramp up. Using the PA is genius. If only I could get it to work for me.
 
If you have a vacuum, use the extension tube. That's what I used but I never really felt it that good so I moved to other techniques. If I'm tired, I still use the vacuum extension tube for my DLD Blasters. Red's just not with us. He has some problems to take care of. DLD knows and told us in a thread. We just have to wait for this to pan out.

It's weird that you bumped these Zambrodon because I just did these a few days ago. I guess Red was calling them VSE stretches. That sounds better than Mother of Lig Stretches with PA haha.

These are effective especially for longer duration sets since my fingers or thumbs will cramp up after a minute or two. I don't really feel as good of a hook with the PA compared to fingers or thumb though and I believe because it is so big and bulky. It more so squashes the ligs instead of hooks them, with me at least. I'm going to try to find something smaller within the next couple of days. I would imagine a drumstick would be perfect size and strength to mimic a finger and actually be able to hook the ligs.

Oh yeah I think this exercise is really good. I stillhave some playing around to do with it. I can definitely feel it with the original Mother of Lig Stretches. I think this one would work for me like it does when I do the originals if I had a drumstick or something a little thinner to use and not the blunt end of a PA

I think, in most cases, maturity develops at 18 and this is when men would start to be concerned with size. There are exceptions like myself where I feel I could have handled this at a much younger age but in most cases men will not be concerned until around the age of sexual maturity.

Ya I found out about it before 18 as well but didnt start to really get into till 21. though I always wanted a big cock since a young teen. I am wondering if he was saying that more towards it PE having negative impacts physically on someone under 18. of course there are always a ton of variables that could be age related, maturity related, etc that could lead to negative or positive gains no matter what the age

Plus in many ways younger men do not have the ability to stick with something long enough to see it working. PE can sometimes be like watching the paint dry so it does take a certain maturity of patience to be productive. I know when I was 18 I was more concerned about getting laid then pumping my penis.:)

You also mention improper stretching such as high intensity and longer reps will weaken the lig, which leads to lower EQ and lower suspension, is that correct? And do you reckon kegeling can counter the effects of incorrect stretching for example to restore ligament strength?
