I only feel the burn the exact place i place the PA (in my case LM)
Is that correct? or should I adjust the trap so I feel it another place ?

Got me gaining length again and was derived from the Blue_Whales mother of all lig stretches or Hook Stretch as I call it.

I'm having an affair with these again and below is quoted from my journal yesterday.

3rd November

* 20 minutes of V-SES stretches via the power assist.

I did these literally none-stop for 20 minutes as hard as I could! Each stretch yielded a burn from the ligament and all were done on the right side of the suspensory ligament only. That is the side where the suspensory ligament flares out and has the most potential to stretch than the left side. It also happens to be the side where in surgery its cut.

On a few occasions the sensation of burning was excruciating but I held in and carried on until I had to stop. It was like someone had took a light to the ligaments, they felt very tender and sore afterwards. This exercise is the most intense I have used for isolating the suspensory ligaments. I'm not blowing my own trumpet and no disrespect to other creators of just as powerful exercises, but for me this one is fun, effective and damn right brutal.

My penis looked longer afterwards and most of the stretches were done semi-erect or just under that. I find it much easier to get a grip underneath the glans and feel the ligament. I used a sock as well around the glans for grip.

Will keep doing these daily I think from now on and see where it lands me
 
As this exercise is directly isolating the suspensory ligament, it would be helpful to research the ligaments. I have created a thread here for that purpose which is researched from medical sources.

This happens so much, just look at the pages deep in the archives here, so many exercises invented and just fade into the archive. Eventually many of the exercises will make their way to stardom. Every now and again an exercise I created years ago and forgot about becomes the rave....very confusing.
 
Update on another session with the V-SES

November 5th

* 25 minutes using the deadly V-SES via the power assist.

* I did stretches mostly back to back with 30-60 seconds between a few

* Would do a few helli-shakes of the penis and slap it gently from side to side after a few stretches

* Felt on more than one occasion an almighty burning sensation in the ligaments. It was bordering on agony but I gritted my teeth and stretched on until it felt like someone had literally burnt me! It feels that intense at times when you trap the ligament enough. It burns like an inferno and its this which you have to embrace in a sick way to really accept what it's doing > Elongating the suspensory ligament to its maximum

This session was really good. Very intense and the burns I had from the ligament was something I haven't felt for many years. Literally bordering on agony for several seconds on a few stretches, not all obviously but on some it was fucking unbelievable I kid you not. As I felt around the ligament it felt really tender, just to make sure this wasn't skin stretch as I already know and knew it wasn't but you feel such intenseness that you are like ''what'' its more intense to the ligaments than hanging! That's for boys compared to this, because although hanging is very good don't get me wrong its not isolating the ligaments (Suspensory) its pulling on everything and that's skin as well which is why many men have turkey neck from it. With V-SES you take the outside alien interfering factors or variables out of the equation and just work that ligament like it should be. One thing shines through and that is the suspensory ligaments don't need hundreds of pounds of weight to work them at all, like seen with hanging when guys hit 50-70lbs or more ... yes that is intense and it will be doing something but it makes me wonder if the tissues surrounding the ligaments haven't taken allot of that abuse and built much resistance, making it harder to than target the ligaments as effective via hanging later on ... food for thought.

Once complete I rubbed a small amount of leech oil around the penis and testicles.

Finally it has been released to you all this baby has helped me go from 8-8.3 inches erect length recently and is based on blue_whales mother of all lig stretch.
Now I'm at 8.5 inches erect, growing the rest from 8.3 in 2010 with other penis enlargement methods. The gain from 8.3-8.5 wasn't due to V-SES just for the record.

Looking back its quite nice to see my progress. Start of 2009 I was 8 inches EBP and at the end of 2010 8.5 inches. So in 2 years I have gained 1/2 inch in erect length. Doesn't sound much but when you think that I am more advanced at this and also dont do it day in day out like some I see it as quite a result.
 
Was the diagram drawn to scale? hahaha
I'm about to try these out b/c hooking hurts my fingers even when I use 2.
 
How deep into your body do you want to stick the edge of the PA? just right at the base of the penis, or angle it in a little further?

Good Job Red thats pretty nice progress i think that you can be 9.0 inches NBP errect in matter of months with few modifications similar to the lenght plateu blaster routine i posted few months ago.
Again keep up the good work brother.Discipline and hard works always pays off at the end.You will furfill all your dreams i know it.
