I believe MoS is planning to add the two new screws to the LM chamber so that it becomes much safer and more comfortable!

What DLD said but I also hold the glans squeeze while tightening the LM.
Never had any fluid issues.

Just one other FYI for ya’ll using the LM, I was playing around and originally was going to add height to the handles to get the force/push more inline with the center of the clamp but instead I added some foam handles and holy crap I really like this alteration.
Just another idea...

In the next couple of weeks I will update my progress/routine thread but I am a huge fan of using the LM with any/all serious routines, awesome tool!
