Hello guys . It's been a long time since i posted a thread but here i am . I want to share with you that i'm almost at the end of my journey in P.E . , since i don't have any friend in P.E. and you are the only family in this business . Today i used bathmate , like the other days and boom : 20 cm . I was so excited , so happy , nervous all in one , and i realiezed that i'm 1 cm away from my goal and finally , my dream will become reality . So keep it up guys , don't let the negative negative thoughts take your motivation , be patient and don't give up .

And i have just one question for those who know . How many people are in the world above 20 ? I mean do you guys know any % or something ?

And .. i don't think this will be ok , but i want to share with you a photo too . So i prove that is possible ^^

Nice man congratz :D 1 cm is less than half an inch , so you will be there soon :)
 
Wich exercises helped u out the most to obtain gains(routines,time you invested,)...n which routine did you follow whit the BM.....How long have you been PE ing for?How long have you been using the BM for?

what was your penis size when you started?

What was your penis size when you started ?
My penis size when i was started was around 17 - 18 cm , not a small one but for me was still small . I had in my mind , for many many years this number : 21 . And now , that i'm almost there is the best feeling you can get .

How long have you been P.E.-ing for ?
It's been almost 2 and a half years since i started this journey .

Which exercises helped you out the most to obtain gains ?
The best 2 exercises that worked for me and i hope will help me reach my 21 are : Stretching out and A-Stretch . And i guess the Bathmate as well .

How long have you been using the BM for ?
I used the Bathmate almost 2 months or so ...

Which routine did you follow with the BM ?
My routine , at the start was a bit shaky . I didn't knew how much pressure i need , how much time i have to stay in the pump and what is too much and what is too little . But after 1 week , i made a pretty good and solid routine in my opinion .
- 5 minutes with low pressure to expand the cavities and to relax them
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 10 minutes with pretty heavy pressure
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 15 minutes with pretty heavy pressure - at my max i can reach and resist
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 10 minutes light pressure
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 5 minutes light pressure for warm down *

What's your PE-program?
In my opinion , you can tell me what to add and what is too much , my P.E. program is pretty solid and require some time to be done . I do this routine with 4 days on / 1 day off for healing .
- 15 - 20 minutes warm up with Rice Sock
- 2 Hours with the Extender : 30 minutes x 4 sets - Adding at the last 2 sets 2 more rods
- In between the Extender i do Stretches : 35 seconds in any direction + A-Stretch
- 10 minutes warm up with a hot bath
- * The Bathmate routine wich is above
- 10 minutes warm down in a hot bath
- Edge for 40 - 60 minutes before i go to sleep + Kegel

As supplements i have everyday :
- 400mg Red ginseng just when i woke up + 2 teaspoon with raw honey ( not from the market , the honey is from a stroller beekeeper )
- 240mg Vitamin C
- 1g of Arginine - 30 minutes before i go in Bathmate Routine
- At the dinner i get 1 tablet of Omega 3 Fish Oil
- Atleast 2.5L of water with calcium + magnesium + zinc effervescent during the day

Great looking routine and thank you for addressing every question! I suggest that you start a progress thread in the Routines section, this will help us help you gain. It is the best way to get awesome critique on your training.
 
I was curious about how you had achieved your gains,n i had to asked you...i tought you had started whit a smaller size,you ve basically gained an inch in 2.5 years .....thats a great advantage starting bigger can be easier to get to a bigger digit.

Yeah 1 inch in 2 and a half years doesn't seem like a great deal..but still , good gains.You could've gained 1 inch in less than a year.

And i have just one question for those who know . How many people are in the world above 20 ? I mean do you guys know any % or something

20 cm is 7,9 inch..which is pretty long...90 % of men are in the average range , meaning 5-6 inches...at 7,9 you're way above average....you're size is pretty much 1 guy in 100...or something like that :) Still you're longer than 90 % of men.

But, still, you could pay $10,000 for lengthening surgery and still not get this gain. 1 inch in two years is a bit long but if it continues at this rate in six years a total gain of 3" is possible, that sounds pretty good to me.

Congratulations brother. I hope you got to your goal and you have maintained that size over the years?
