Yesterday I tried a new routine.

ROUTINE:
Hot Wrap 10 min.
Jelq 45 min.
Edge with ulis 45-60 min.(10-15 strokes than uli for about 20 secs.)

Today my hammer is lifeless. I tried to edge in the middle of the day but that just made it worst. My flaccid is not the biggest but today its a limp noodle. I played basketball and it just kept getting smaller. I dont know if i should even attempt to Penis Enlargement later on. Most days I use a cold wrap(put wet towel in freezer and run cold water over it to unfreeze it and wrap) for 10 minutes post WO and forget cause i was to sleepy to get up is that the problem or is it something else?
 
Sounds like you over trained. Take a break till you get your rock solids back.
 
Yeah man. I think you overtrained as well. You did almost 2 hours of penis work all together. Try breaking that up into 2 or 3 workouts in a day to keep your dick expanded through out the day. Do a morning workout, a noon workout, and a night workout. See if that works.
 
Yesterday was a rest day since I didn't do any Penis Enlargement at all to see if my unit would come back to normal. Kingsnake Im only 19 and live with noisy ass people so the only time I have to do any Penis Enlargement work is at night how should I change my routine so Im not overtraining.
 
I would cut back on the 45 min jelqing if you are going to do ulis and edging for an hour.
You should probrably just jelq for 20 mins then do your ulis and edging workout. If possible try performing 5-10 minutes of manual stretching excersise 3 times through out the day in the bathroom. Since your man main focus is girth concentrate on bundled type stretches because they stretch the tunica width wise which in time will allow more blood to be filled in when jelqing or clamping. If these noisy ass people start wondering what your doing in the bathroom just tell them you have the runs. LOL. Just kidding.

Also at what erection level are you jelqing at? Make shore you are careful if you are jelqing at above an 80% erection level. When you are over 80% erect, your tunica is more rigid and not as pliable to compress and manipulate causing the risk of injury to be greater. Also remember if you just added an excersise or increased the time or intensity in your workouts, your erection quality will suffer until your dick becomes acustom to the new work load. If your erection quality is still suffering after 1-2 weeks since you increase your workload then you need to cut it down accordenly. Hope this helps.
 
I dont fully understand how the penis grows for Penis Enlargement exercise. From talking to some big gainers they all seem not to take rest days but some if them use the "less is more" method and others "more is better" method Im lost on which method to try cause I have Penis Enlargement off and on for a long time.

How important are rest days or do you just go daily?
 
I myself are having 2hrs workouts sometimes, and I've splitted my program so I do 50% on the morning and 50% on the evening.

OPA, I seen a thread where your were making gains and not taking rest days. Do you think daily work is better?
 
Hey girthhammer. Im no expert on Penis Enlargement but here is my take on it. Basically the growth from Penis Enlargement is mainly caused from plastic deformation and remodeling of the tissue. When doing something like jelqing or clamping you are stretching the tunica past its comforting capacity to fill with blood. When the penis is engorged with blood past its elastic limit then you enter the plastic zone where plastic deformation starts to take place microscopicly before it ruptures. By doing this consecutively, you are creating plastic deformation at a molecular and cellular level in which the tunica will be in a constant state of remodeling. When the tunica is plastically deformed and remodels in this deformed state then it nows has a new elastic limit. Once this new elastic limit is breached then it reaches plastic limits again and the cycle continues as the penis increases in size.

An example of this is if a person's has a flaccid length of 4 inches and his bonepress flaccid stretch is 8 inches, then that is the elastic limit of his penis's ability to stretch length wise. Now say after 4 months of Penis Enlargement this person now has a flaccid length of 5 inches do to his dick being plasticley deformed and remodeled at a celluar level. Now his bonepressed flaccid stretch has reached a new elastic limit of 9 inches. For his flaccid stretch to increase again, more plastic deformation and remodeling has to be done through Penis Enlargement.

Keep in mind that plastic deformation can be reached easier and with less cellular damage when the tissue is heated. Results will be a better if you were to do your Penis Enlargement next to a space heater of constant heat source. Also keep in mind that changes in the tissue will more likely stay when it's being cooled while it's still stretched or expanded past its normal threshold. An example of this is using and ads to keep the dick stretched or a cockring to keep it expanded after a Penis Enlargement workout with a constant cooling source on it like a fan, cold wash cloth, or an icepack.
 
KINGSNAKE thanks for the advice. PRE WO I would hot wrap 10-15 minutes. POST WO i would cold wrap(put damp towel in freezer and after Penis Enlargement work unfreeze it with cold water and wrap) 10-15 minutes(my EQ has been much greater from cold wraps). Also the way you explain how the penis grows wouldnt someone gains more by doing ulis instead of clamping for a long period of time because the penis will be engorged to the MAX more than once compared to just keeping it engorged for a long time?

that's true Girth hammer. Im not resting at all rly. Maybe sometime now and then since it's summer and I hang out alot with friends and stuff.

I think that workout any time at the day is alright, and I think that resting is waste of time mostley. A penis is not a muscle, it doesnt have to rest to gain. But I think splitting up a program is good and wise.
 
The thing about plastic deformation is that it's based on time under stress and intensity. When I do my clamping workout I do two 10 min sets next to my heater. I do my last set next to my cooling fan while rubbing ice all over my clamped erection to encourage the stressed tunica to cool and stay expanded past its normal threshold.
So basically the first two sets next to the heater are two help cause plastic deformation easier and quicker and the 3rd set next to the cooling fan with ice is to cool the plastic deformed tissue while its still pushing its plastic limit so it will be more likely to stay that way. Since you are aiming for girth, a cockring or cable clamp worn very loosely for 20mins to an 1 hour will help keep the penis engorged so micro healing and remodeling can start while the tissue is still expanded a little.
