Use any or all of the stretches posted on this site as well as others you know and put in 110% during your stretch no matter what one is used. Work at length only as I believe along with others the thicker the girth is the more resistance to length. I only use Uli's for my girth work and that is once per week. I have added nearly 2" in length now and most of that in the last 2+ months. You will through the course of stretching gain some in girth due to the stress placed upon the tunica. Use the search button Key words Stretch, stretches, A good tunica exercise is bundled stretch and counter stretch. C- stretch, BTC stretch and straight down stretches to target ligs. Use stretch aid to prevent slippage, and use split routines morning and night minimum 20 minutes each session 7 days a week no rest days.
