I know that everyone is different and results will vary from person to person. For all the Bathmate users out there, what routine has worked best for you?

Has it been DLDs routine, a variation of DLDs routine, a combination of Supersets with manual exercises interspersed between, straight pumping for 20 minutes, multiple sets, 2-4 sets per day, erect, semi-erect, or flaccid pumping, Dan's routine 6 sets of 6 flaccid, followed by jelqing 2-3 times per day?

What combination have you used to make gains? Any hard and fast rules you've noticed? For example, always pump erect, or always superset manual with pumping, or always do multiple sets, etc?
 
Personally I like Supras Bathmate routine of 15 min. x 6 sets max. You have to work your way up to that though, I'm only up to back to back 15 min. x 2 sets. I like 15 min. because it's quicker with less fluid retention but sometimes you will end up doing the 20 min. anyway cause it goes by quick.

While in the Bathmate I do 5 kegels as hard as I can for 20. sec each, I try to focus on lifting my glans up against the top of the tube while I do these. Then I do a kegel until failure which is usually 2 min., last I do a Bathmate hardcore stretch downward for 30 sec.

In between sets I usually massage and do a few quick SSJ's or clamping if I feel like it, but I usually do clamping at the end when everything is done so I can do the Bathmate sessions faster.

Personally I have always used ONE 20 minute set. That has been done few days one after the other and then with gaps in between, wit short and long ones. I gained on all, however I have hit a plateau regarding length with the Bathmate and so now perform ONE 30 minute set to push my length while inside the Bathmate past the TARGET size I aim for as I was hovering around that for months now with 20 minutes.

Doing 30 minutes I just about go past it. In time this will break the platue and I will now be working more often. Once I have broken the length goal I will eventually drop back to 20 minutes and stay steady while the new size 'wears' in and develops before going up in time again, otherwise I would forever be doing it and where do you draw the line? 40 mins? 50 mins? and then one can do multiple sets such as X3 20 minute sets but for me personally as I get so much expansion in my first and only set I dont see the point for more, as that would be counterproductive with excess fluid being all over the show. We want intensity in a short amount of time as possible is my way of training and that has always worked well for me.

If you get stuck increase that intensity, but once your unstuck drop down but only when you feel ready the size isn't so temp it will just be gone but permanent enough it will stay and allow further enhancement to it.

If you wanna modify your routine then just be careful, and remember more is not always better

I've been just going up to max pressure and leaving it on for about 20-30 min. Been doing this for about a year. I get too much fluid from 553. And currently I do SSJ and clamping together. Thins has cut down on my fluid retention and increased my expansion.
 
i do a few warmup sets, sometimes some bm stretches, then do 3 sets of 5 minutes at max pressure, with 1-2 minutes of ssj's in between. feels good to me. its interesting to see though that red only did one long set for his sessions

Not at all. If you are able to go that long without issues it would be a smart thing to do because your gains will be so much quicker. Most men do not want to spend that long in training so they will go with a routine that takes less time. But if you have the time and your dick can endure the training, go for it!

The SRT is too much work wow, don't got time for that. I am not in a hurry since i enjoy just using the BM.
 
You can still use the advice that is offered in SRT to help you gain and heal quicker, you do not have to use the entire routine.

Exactly. SRT allows you to pick and choose the parts you want to use.
 
Crazy temp gains from the bathmate routine girth 4.7 inches to 5.7 inches my first week, I wonder what I will be looking at 6 weeks from now

Are you using the SRT BathMate workout?

My routine, (I probably shouldn't even reference it as a 'routine' cuz I'm always switching it up) usually starts with warming-up with bundles and stretches in every direction under warm shower-water, then I start with my modded Goliath at 75%-80% pump-pressure, (just enough to be able to go 'hands-free) and 80%-90% EQ...I'll go 10-12 minutes then remove and stretch/jelq/SSJ for a few minutes, then back in with as close to 100% EQ as I can muster and pump up to 95%-100% for another 10 or so minutes...more stretching/jelqing/SSJing, then into my X40 at max EQ and max pressure for some expressive stretches and, (what I call it) kegel and RK pumps (I press the cylinder into my pelvis as hard as I can while holding a Kegel, then release and RK at the same time...try to do this exercise 30 times each minute for 5 minutes or until I fatigue).
That's my routine...for now, lol
