wuz up fellas! i was just wondering if you guys were doing strait down hanging only while you hang for those 20 min or so and then do you mix it up during the hour or so long streches you guys do ? is it better to just hang straight down always or mix it up cuz ive only seen gains in my flaccid state ? oh and do the gains come after you have reached a certain flaccid state. im assuming that you have to have flaccid gains first then after that you starty seeing gains if any can help out thanks !!!

I'm only new to hanging but I hang 5lbs in 20min sets until i'm fatigue then wear an andropenis extender for 2-4hours. As well as some manual stretching, as someone said earier, when taking a leak. And maybe 10min of dry jelqing on morning wood.

Yeah going okay. Bigger flaccid hang and tiny bit longer flaccid stretch. Got some darker discoloration to the glans before bed but a bit of btb jelqing and slapping against my thighs gets the blood going and its mostly gone when i wake up in the morning. Def notice the fatigue each day and my whole unit feels a lot stretchier. Going to add another hanging set in the morning and maybe 2 at night.
 
I just started hanging. Start out with doing DLD's newbie stretches, then jump on the Bathmate for 10 minutes. Followed by 100 quick jelqs, then I hang 4lbs for about 2 hours. When done, I edge for about 20 minutes. Depending how my unit feels after that, I jump on the Bathmate for another 20 minutes. Rub some olive oil on it for a bit, edge again....then let it rest ;).

Have only been doing this for a few days. My flacid hang is definately better. I think I have gained .2 in BPenis EnlargementL in a few days. Not bad. Will see how I go over a couple of months.

Sounds like a simple thing but slapping it back to good blood flow works best for me too. A good 3 minutes and colors back and plump as could be.

I don't hang continuously for two hours. Four half and hour sessions with 5 - 10 minutes break in the middle. Just to slap some blood back into the head. I bought a 4lb magnetic hanger from ebay, then modified it with some Velcro and glue. Works pretty well. Will see whats sort of gains it can give me in the next few months.

I started hanging April 1st 2010

I'm still currently using 5lbs as I'm still working up in sets. I'm at 7 sets so far, going to shoot for 8 or 9 sets a day. This is going to be a bit difficult as i participate in MMA, have a workout schedule and work. An hour or two usually comes out of my nightly sleep but it's worth it in my opinion.

Sometimes I think to myself, "is all of this worth it, am i going to see results?". I then reflect on how gaining 1-2 inches would increase my confidence and I then *know* it is all worth it.

I'm hanging 100% BTC, I've come too far to ever quit, I'm gonna play the game. I'm a champion and i dont know how to lose.

I do 3sets of hanging, 20mins + per set if I get the time. I also do manual stretches between each set, which seems to boost gains :)

I feel 20 minutes is my threshold, especially when I was hanging up to 70 pounds. I use the same logic in my Bathmate and SizeGenetcis too, SizeGenetics has an hour max, the Bathmate has 10 minutes but I prefer 5.
