Mowinman started this thread but it was not really about what I am going to talk about now.

Have any of you guys ever been into the locker room at a fitness club or health club. I am a trainer at on so I go in there all the time to shower and stuff.

I have seen a huge problem with men after there 50's. There penis becomes and looks unused and dried up, it looks like there is no blood blow, they have not been either sexually active in years or they have serious blockage of there arteries. There penis shrinks up to about 1-2 inches, these old me walk around like its nothing, so its almost impossible not to see this site, especially if you are a Penis Enlargement'er you always got to see if anyone’s bigger than you.

I have seen these men with periyones syndrome even at a flaccid state. Let me tell you it is one bad looking site. German Stallion made a great point in another post that people need not to let their penis get out of shape like that. After so many years the damage can be irreversible. Of coarse my opinion in Penis Enlargement is nothing is irreversible, but it can be one hard journey ahead.

When you’re that old, to get your dick back in shape is going to take some serious dedication to the cause. The CC and CS will have had major tissue damage and tissue loss, and will have lost a lot of its ability to maintain and hold on to the necessary blood that is required to have a erection. The tissue will have lost its elasticity as well. Not to mention impotency is the leading cause of male sexual dysfunction. When you’re that old, and you have not taken care of your penis your whole life, and you have not really taken care of your health, like exercise, good diet, and that stuff.

Man’s typical way of thinking is “well I will take care of it when I get it.” Not even thinking really about prevention. Every single on of my clients is a male or female above the age 0f 50-55 years old. They have not worked out in years and now I have to nurse they bodies back to health with a balanced diet rigorous exercise routine. Same thing applies to Penis Enlargement.

So don’t let yourself get out of the loop, its ok to stop Penis Enlargement, hell I sure did a few times, but I always new it was there and I always will, and I always will have it to come back to. Same for you.

To continue this, I would agree. The problem with most men is that they become complacent as they age. They are usually with the same women, eat what they like, sex when you get older somehow, (possibly low testosterone) takes second or third place. Other issues become the all important issues. Men get lazy about appearance etc. With no real motivation to change, most accept what nature has done to them through their own neglect. If I hadn't found myself thrown back into the dating game again, who knows if I would continued on the path of self destruct. Just because you are in a long term relationship, it doesn't mean you have to give up your hopes or dreams or let yourself go, not care about your well being. A lot of people find themselves falling into this rut without even realizing it's happening. Don't let yourself become that person. Take care of yourself, eat well, exercises and show pride in yourself. Even if you are in that rut, stand up and start taking care of business. The people around you will notice and if you are involved with someone, this may spark a flame within them to do the same.

Well, I have a 50 year old penis, soon to be 51, and it being the "same old woman" pretty much covers lack of motivation. :)

I can't disagree with your observations however, not all is lost. A dose of reality needs to kick in for a lot of the older set. I too was suffering from the usual problems as age was setting in. Age becomes an excuse for a lot of people. In reality, I look much younger than my 53 years. At about age 47, I decided to do something about the physical shape, literally. Like so many (males mostly) I had a rather large tire. This is very hard to lose , but I became determined that I did not want to carry this any longer and I did something about it. I am large boned 6'2" tall and was tipping the scale at 265#, my heaviest weight ever. I have the large arms and even before the intense exercise routine, I was strong as a bull. I just wanted to lose the mid section. Not only for appearance sake , but also to get rid of the strain it places on the back. The key is that you have to want to do it, pure and simple. I will tell you what worked for me and you can have your laugh, but it is the truth. I purchased Tony Little's target training video for the stomach and abdomin. It worked. Whe I first started the routine, I barely made it through the beginner section. I let the tape continue to see what the advanced was going to be like and I said yeah sure like I was ever going to get there. I had the persistense though and I knew that with no pain there would be no gain. I worked up to intermediate. I was doing the intermediate level for awhile and I noticed that I was losing (or starting to) the mid section. It was working. Eventually, I worked up to the advanced. Never thought it would happen. It did and I lost virtually all my tire. I also worked in some free weights in addition to a Trimax (an excellent resistance machine) routine. I lost 2.5" around the middle. My weight currently is at 240#, but most guess it at around 200#. I am a pretty solid guy. I have had to get on the scales more than once to prove that I actually do weigh as much as I do. I am pharmaceutical free and I am doing things to stay that way. I feel like a million dollars. With your "ring of power" I should get the one last thing I hope for which is a little better flaccid hang,lol.

Way to go, Porky! I, too, look years younger than 51. Most people think I am about 40 years old. I am 5 ft. 10 1/2 in. with a size 33 1/2 in. waist and weigh 169. I run 4.5 miles on the treadmill in 40 mins. every other day and just recently started with some light weights. My goal in 2004 is to lose the little spare tire that I've got. I think it is common for everyone, especially those into Penis Enlargement, to have a shriveled look at some point in time. I just came from working out at the club and can tell you that I would match mine with anyone I saw there today. Compared to 3 months ago when I started Penis Enlargementing, I look like a new person. I had some great late day flaccid hang going. Age is just a number. With work, you can stay young for a long, long, time.

Right on, TennisNut! Age IS just a number. We are the proof of that! I have, in addition to losing the tire also managed to lose almost all of my fat pad. In spite of all the work I have done to the stomach area, I still had a little pad going on down there. It was a post on here that gave the instructions for losing the pad by isolation. Those exercises involved putting the legs straight out and doing lifts with the legs out in this straight out direction with arms by your sides thumbs pointing inward. These can be felt in the pad area and are very effective for getting rid of it. I believe this was in the Gaba thread on here as I recall. The isolation of this pad is necessary to get rid of it. I am still a little larger than you in the waist area, but at 6'2" 240# a 36" waist is still ok IMO. I will continue to do crunches daily. That dang tire was way to hard to lose to start at ground zero again. I am currently doing 240 crunches a day. I split them 120 morning and 120 afternoon to evening. I have some pretty good muscles down there and I want to keep them.

We're trying, Supra. Can't wait to see how much POWER I get from the RING. By the way, you say you wear your ring 24-7, does that include the locker room? Also, you are absolutely right about older men! Today I noticed quite a few of out of shape men whose dicks also looked out of shape. Younger guys take note, that will happen to you along with the other parts of your bodies if you don't take care of yourself.

Does anyone ever ask you about you equipment or do you ever bring up the subject before they do? Have you ever recruited any Penis Enlargementers at the health club?
