"Testing LOT?"
#1
i understand the general concept of LOT, you pull your dick out and when you start to see loss of it retracting thats your LOT. But but how exactly does it work, would pulling your dick you straight infront of you be 9:00 and straight down be 6:00? from what i understand it is good to have a LOT of 8 or higher, means that you have a lot of ligs left to be stretched. Please correct me if im wrong about any of this because this whole concept is a bit new to me. My question when i pull my dick out with moderate force it pulls back from straight down all the way to straight up. Does this mean that i have a really good lot or am i just not doing this test correctly?

First of all I have to point out I'm no expert on this topic, however, the LOT test is done completely flaccid, otherwise it sounds like you're right on track. If you are getting a tugback from straight down, 6:00, then this would indicate a very low LOT. This would mean little if any lig gains would be possible. If this is the case it would be best to concentrate on simply tunica stretching .

Actually, I believe having a lower LOT means that you have more lig to stretch and you should work both tunica and ligs. I don't know if I buy into all that though. I believe you should work them both, no matter what your LOT is.

Could someone clarify this?

When I position my penis from 12 o clock to 6 o clock, nothing "pulls back" what do you mean by pull-back, and how does this LOT test work?

this is all pretty new to me - just started looking it up earlier today - but ill give you the best explination i can. in a completely flacid state pull your dick out, start at a straight up possition, aka 12:00 (perpendicular to the floor) and kegal, you should notice a tug and the head and shaft should pull back, keep doing this at different angles, slightly lower each time. when you start to notice a Loss Of Tugback from the head and the base starts to flex that is your LOT. the loss of tugback is due to the ligs absorbing most of the kegal instead of the tunica. if your lot is between 9 and 12 o'clock then you can still gain a lot from stretches that target the ligs and if its a bit lower then you may want to concentrate on stretches that target the tunica. This is what i have found out so far, im not exactly sure whether this is fact or theory but it seems to make sense. i hope that helped you understand a little better and hopefully some guys that have been involved with pe for a while will get back and let me know if my info is correct cause i think this would be a great guide as to what type of stretches everyone should focus on to get the best gains possible.

I agree with what the LOT theory says - however I think its Bullshit what it says in relation to gains and getting them with EVERYONE...I think that it only works with certain individuals and not on the whole like first thought........in other words DO NOT put alot of faith in this as it is only a THEORY and one that dld himself is wary of.
