The question of resting being beneficial has turned me into an obsessed mad man. I've decided to do a study on work/rest routines and their effectiveness. I'll stop acting like I'm smart now, lol

I'm asking everyone that maintains a consistant schedule to document their gains, starting Jan. 12 - Feb. 12. Hopefully give an update every week on progress, but it's the final numbers that I really want.

If you're going to partcipate, please post how long your workouts are, how many times a week you do them, and how many rest days you take a week.

For example, this would be mine:

Length : 45 minutes, 7 days on, 0 off
Girth: 1 hour, 1 on, 1 off

After this is over, I'll crunch the numbers and we'll have an idea what system works the best. I'm asking everyone to participate, even if you're new!

I put down my gains every Friday in the "routines and progress forum". Right now, I only do DLD's newbie and testicle health routine. I'll be adding L-Argenine and L-Ornithine supplements when my order arrives sometime next week.

Oh, forgot to add that I exercise 7 days a week, and put on a heating pad for at least 15 minutes before and after each exercise.

I'm in... just record what you are doing everyday. But, when do you want the posts?? Every week or at the end? Maybe if everyone is really diligent it will be a very cool valentine's day present for the women... rofl rofl rofl

Just do your exercises as normal for a month. Measure on January 12 and then on February 12. Length is BP and do 2 girth measurements, one base and one for girth.

Post your starting numbers now and your ending numbers at the end of the month. Also post how often you do your routine, for example, 1 day on, 1 day off. Or another example, 5 days on, 2 days off. And how long you do your routine.

If you want to give an update everyweek to keep this thread alive, that'd be great.

I guess I'll start.

Starting:

Measurements -
Length (BP): 7.125"
Girth(base): 5.5"
Girth(midshaft): 5.125"

Routine -
Length : 45 minute workout, 7 days on, 0 days off
Girth: 1 hour workout, 1 day on, 1 day off

Any other questions, just ask!
