Hi,
After more than one year of PE I'm taking a break for a month or two. My question is: Are my ligaments going to be more sensitive to stretch after the break so I'll see greater results in length? Is that the way it works or I'm totally wrong?

Thank you!
BTW: If you guys have already discussed this topic then just post me a link to the thread.

My current feeling, feeling is the word, that ligaments might gain some more strength after a hiatus.
Not that much in many cases, but it is a possibility, from what I recall.

As in; some more work-out might be needed for very expressive workouts.

In my personal experience, a short break can be a good thing. Just letting your penis be what it is, enjoying it the way it is, no stress, no worries.
It's relatable to "resetting" yourself, which I need from time to time; If I don't travel or do certain things in a while, my body and mind goes to a halt; things just don't work as well as they should.
I could run the same supplement program, same exercises, but the body just isn't listening.

Sorry if this was a run of the mill answer; I honestly wish you all the best!
Sometimes a break is needed for the body to realize that "Ohhh, you want that part of me to grow, OK!", at least in my opinion. For some it takes a longer time, for some less.
So often I repeat the "boring" individual fact of us. We might have been given a make body and a penis and testicles, but many of us still react diffrerently to certain stimulus.

I think deconditioning breaks are useful. Over the last 14 years I've taken many breaks. Some intentional and some not, and some lasting for years. I always seem to make fast gains when I start back up, and then it slows down.

To find out you must understand how ligaments deform and heal in time. Taking a break definitely does make it more sensitive for when you start PE again but you wont see "greater" results in length.

From the progress threads I've read thru, some guys find that after a small break from PE that the ligaments will be more primed towards being stretched. This doesn't seem to translate into "newbie" tier gains tho, only close to newbie like growth rates before they are reconditioned. Not saying that this applies to you of course but it's just an observation I've made from some threads.

from my perspective its a good thing, kind of like the breaks bodybuilders take off from the gym to recover, but the important thing is to keep yourself at check, don't let a couple of months turn into a year.

I agree time is definitely something that should be kept in check. It's too easy to let something like a 3 month break, turn into a 6 month break, turn into a year with no PE. When taking breaks it would be good to keep track of how long and to firmly remind yourself of when you should start back so you don't keep pushing time further back.

A break can become permanent when the fire burns dim.

That's something PE'rs would really want to avoid. Especially if they have yet to reach their long term goals.

I'm a little confused... The replies here are quite different from each other, and some of them didn't give an answer to my question, so I don't know what to think.
The only thing I'm sure about is not to let the break lasts too long.

well would be ok if you keep a routine thatd keep things alive lol pisspulls,Btc stretches, jelquin after finishing pissing.Even if you have stretching devices PF or some other device can help out..

That is what I meant by "A break can become permanent when the fire burns dim." meaning, if we take too much time off it can destroy our spark of motivation and become a permanent vacation.

That's great DLD but you still didn't answer my question... Come on man, you have plenty of experience, I'm curious to know what you think.

There are multiple variables to this question, so it's virtually impossible to unequivocally answer. PE is 100% anecdotal, and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another...furthermore, what used to work may no longer for each individual. Everybody's physical make-up is going to vary to at least some degree over all parts, so your ligaments could withstand intense stretching and return to their previous length, or not. This is all an experiment and we have our own subject in our own lab...

What question? I thought I answered you.

OK, I see the question and the answer Big gave is good.

This answers so many of the newbie questions in my opinion! There's no saying that "yeah, for sure you'll get an inch in one month, quaranteed!", as the individual aspect comes to play.
Two men can eat the same, sleep the same and train the same; results would still vary to some degree.

And no, I am not saying Spartacus would be a newbie, no sir!
I've had some breaks in the past and personally I feel there is a different sensation in the ligaments when you start again. I can't say for sure has it translated to more length gains, but a short break isn't a bad thing I would say. Even thought you might have a break, my suggestion is to stop by at MoS occasionally, to keep your mind in the game. That way it'll be easier to get to the physical program of PE.
That's what I've done at least, in the past; I've had some minor accidents, flus and so on, but still I come over to check MoS, to keep my head in the game, maybe consider different routines and more.

I'm also curious to know what a one week break from PE would be like. If I take one week off from doing any PE, will I lose my gains?
