There are so many newbies, myself included, that I thought a point needed to be made. I have seen people who have signed up after me already talking about doing Phase II or phase III and all these advanced routines and exercises, and I just wanted to ask, What's wrong with taking it slow?

I have been doing manual Penis Enlargement since Jan/Feb (?) I pumped for a couple months before that, but abandoned pumping, as it seemed to be too dangerous compared to the small amount of gains I was getting. As you all know, I have made some decent gains in the last couple months...but I still only do half a newbie routine!

I DO feel like I have made some progress conditioning my penis to take the added pressures. I don't thrombo as quick when doing jelqs like I did at first. At first, I'd do 100 jelqs and get very hard, knobby thrombos right behind the glans.

Only now have I begun to think about doing slightly more advanced exercises. I haven't even gone over in any kind of detail the Phase II or III routines and just this morning read about the Capt'n's Wench. I tried ballooning last night, which seemed to work pretty good, and did a few of the rolling type exercises...but for the new guys, TAKE YOUR TIME! Don't feel like you have to rush through all the techniques to get gains. Even the most basic stuff will work. It all takes time. Your body has to adjust. I have to say this cause I think some of the guys hitting their heads against a wall are just trying too much too quick and are getting frustrated. Are you at Phase V with only a 1/8" to show for all the work? Dude, go back to the newbie routine, do THAT for 6 more months, and don't worry about all the rest.
 
True that. Kong as usual you give great advice. I was like that when I first started, but after talking with DLD and some of the other vets, I figured out that as long as you progress it doesn't matter what "phase" you're on, even if it means going back to basics, as if that's a bad thing. DLD's gains over a six month period was 2 inches, and that's because he progressed in a thoughtful manner, as he felt he could do more he did more. His gains show his patience with the program he was using. I say take it slow, and you'll be that much better for it in the long run. It's not where you're at, but where you're going.
 
Yep, made that mistake...Did something very similiar to a phase one last summer for about a month and though I was tapped out with the gains of that..I was wrong. I started Phase I just last month and plan on doing it for another month or two just upping the stretch time of each night a little or doing an extra set each night until I hit the 2 hour mark for a week straight. Until then, I'll be doing phase I everyday..

Im at about the 1 hour mark right now btw. :)

current stats: bpel: 8.1 npb: 7.6 bpfsl: 9.25 eg: 5.0

I've gained a whole .1mm in like a month..but hey, gains are gains.
 
BTW Kong, get your sons of Penis Enlargement and get them on FR ASAP
 
Scott Evil is just doing stretches as far as I know. He is interested in foreskin restoration and has visited my FR forum a few times, but it is something he plans on doing when he's a little older, he told me.

Why did you have him cut in the first place? :/
 
Like everyone else, I just didn't know! I didn't discover FR until about 6 months ago.
 
Well, being in my late 30's, I've managed with the size I had for many years, so what's another year or so if it takes that long to make any significant gains? Being that I am very sexually active, I can't afford any injuries that might affect that, so I've been Penis Enlargement'ing at a very gradual pace.
 
I also totally agree with what Kong has said. There's no need for anyone to rush into advanced exercises. Keep it simple for your first several months to a yearish. You wont miss the boat!
 
Yes, it takes a while to even get in tune with your body and what the exercises are doing to it. The first time I popped a lig, I was like "Oh my God! I broke it!" Now, when a lig pops, I go, "Ahhh... Yeahhhh!" I can even feel a lig getting ready to pop. First time I got the red spots, it scared me to death. Now I don't even break a sweat. Red spots? Better lay off for a day or two. I have never broke the skin, never made myself bleed, although there was this one time, when I was jelqing, when I felt this funny tingling sensation and a bunch of white fluid came out of my urethra! I still don't know what that was!!!
 
That is an excellent point. It is better to grow a big dick slowly, than to hurt a growing dick quickly. I used to overpump because the results were flattering needless to say. Luckily that crappy pump broke or else I could have ended up doing some serious harm to my package.

Listen to kong 1971. Back in the day when I started Penis Enlargement (waaaaay back in '98) there wasn't much around other than manual stretches, hanging and jelqing. (Pumping doesn't count I say.) And I still made decent gains even though I didn't like stretching and stuck mostly to jelqing. I got about 1.4" in that first bout of Penis Enlargement and it's still with me, I've just added a little more... ;) The beginner's routine that DLD prescribes is great, heck, I do a variation of it right now (added some ULI's and A-stretches but that's it). And it works.

Yup - I went back to Phase I (was doing Phase II) and plan on doing DLD's more intense version of this for about 4 months.
 
its always better to work through the routines slower and give it time to see gains.
if you fly through the phases id almost go as far as to say that youre wasting valuable growing time :D
 
Speed and complexity of exercises isnt the main thing to focus on in my opinion, consistency and dedication with exercises is!

I wanna do a bit of BE and some Fr before I fully get into Penis Enlargement.
 
Yes, it all works together synergistically!

Penis Enlargement improves the blood flow as well as conditions and stengthens...

BE helps with hormones and whatnot...

FR creates new skin and room to grow...

All three combined make for a giant super shlong!
