Take an extended break once in a while guys, you'll most likely gain better!

My last big girth gain (full 1/4"...from 5.75 to 6") came after a couple months' break from girth work. I took off a couple months, then got back into intense girth work for a couple weeks and bam, I gained a full 1/4" of new erect girth.

Longer than usual (5 on 2 off for an example of "usual") breaks 'de-condition' the penis tissues which have become used to the continuous stresses applied by Penis Enlargement....the stresses condition the tissues and let them adapt and require you to apply more and more stress over time to get the same results you may have once gotten from your usual routines. So, if youre suddenly sitting at a "plateu", or even if you are not....work an occasional extended break into your routine. I'm taking all of this month off and will start up my intense girth work again in May.
 
Good idea. I'll probably be doing that over the summer because it's going to be hard to find time to do any decent amount of Penis Enlargement. It may be the thing I need to boost some gains a bit. Would you recommend jelqing while on the break or no girth work at all?
 
NONE at all man, that's the point ;) Give it a complete break and then you 'shock' it when you start back up because the tissues have gotten closer to their 'weaker' pre- Penis Enlargement state during the extended break.
 
if you just take the proper amount of rest time inbetween sessions and do not overtrain in your sessions extended breaks will be unecessary and your gains will be better and you will save time and effort.
 
I have been sorta taking forced breaks every month or so but I rotate my excercises around and have had some good results with length, though not with girth, but I guess that comes slower. Things look thicker, but when I measure it seems the same. Odd.

I have not done any girth excercises for 2-3 weeks and am starting back up tomorrow on that so hopefully I will get some good girth additions after the break.
 
I take a week off after every 12 weeks of weight training and was thinking of doing the same with Penis Enlargement, not sure yet though.

I've been at this [pe] for almost 2 years and I find a 1 or 2 week {after 6 or 7 weeks,} break keeps the platues away. If you are going to take a break DROP everthing except maybe keegles leave it in your pants except to pee and for sex :p.
 
I thinkif you take months of --u better make sure your gains are cemented before you go on that long break,,right?????

But seriously, I am considering trying this just because you and a few other people I trust have done this and reported similar outcomes. I just have to get the guts up to not touch it for a month.
 
Yeah, an extended break every once in a while is all good. Strategic deconditioning is a well known, much researched and very important part of most bodybuilding programs, and I see no reason why the same principles shouldn't be applied to Penis Enlargement as well.

My only gains to date came within a 2 week timeframe, immediately after a week long hiatus from Penis Enlargement (around 3 months ago). First I let my dick soften up real good... and just when it was starting to let it's guard down, I launched a full-frontal Penis Enlargement attack, forcing the poor bastard to adapt as quickly as possible by expanding and growing, both in length and in girth.
The actual shocking process only lasted for 4-5 days, and thereafter I reassumed my normal routine.
 
I am on a break right now exept for BE and Foreskin restoration

Considering you Penis Enlargement seven days a week, i'd be curious to see what happens if you dropped to a 5on 2off schedule even.
 
Do it DLD--You might get to that world record even quicker!!!!See what happens--Doesnt't hurt to try!!!
 
Do you think a break would be neccessary if you are still gaining?

I totally believe in the "deconditioning" thing since I've experienced it before - after taking a long break from Penis Enlargement and then picking it up again.

My present program is feeling pretty good right now, so I'm not ready to take a break at the moment. Plus I'd be very afraid I'd lose all the momentum I've been building up from my new program. That's my main concern... losing all my gains, or even just some gains. No way!! I'll take a break when my gains stop, but I've been working way too hard to stop now. I'm kinda on a roll.

I think if you hit a plateau you should change to different exercises rather than stop Penis Enlargement altogether. Eh, I don't know. I don't have all the answers.
 
If what youre doing is giving you gains right now GS and you like what youre seeing so far, keep at what youre currently doing, then like you said take a break when things seem to be slowing down.
 
I'll give this a shot if/when I hit a plateau - hopefully that will never happen though. :)
