Postition of Flexation Ultimate lig stretch
If you are like me, you want to get lig pops ever workout casue when I do that I feel like I am actually doing something, the cool thing about this is you can do a variety of different exercises with it, Poly Blasters, Blasters the A-Stretch, V-Stretch, or just do a basic stretch.
I feel that a lot of gains can come from here, this is what I have been doing a lot, because no one really gets these lig in that area, eveone just stretches from 12:00-6:00 all the time, and jelqs in that same way as well. By hitting this stretch, you go out of the ordinary and into a new taget area that you never have worked before. If you are like me you have been doing Penis Enlargement for 1-5 years and just hit the same thing over and over, well, our ligs and tunica are prety worn out I would think, that is why a lot of gainers dont gain anymore. By hitting a new taget area of focus, you can get new gains from a untouched area of ligs and mabey tunica.
This has a lot to do with POF training that I have been doing in my workouts, postions of Flexation, it is about getting the ulitmate stretch in each target muscles area. To get the Full ROM (Range of Motion) to recruite enough miscle fibers, while similtanoeusly getting a full strech from a area of muscles that has not been worked befrore, due to the the way you do exercises. You want to hit the right number of exercises in order to hit all the fibers in such a correct way to respond.

The Exercise
Put on foot up on a chair or just stand up feet flat on the floor take your hand and go around and under your right or left leg and then use the reverse ok grib, right under the head, and pull hard, back and forth, side to side, you should feel popping or sort of lig compression going outwards.
But to hit the POF, you want to hit the most unworked stretch first, which would be the ULS (Ultimate Lig Stretch) so you start with that, then work to a mid range such as Poly Blasters, in a SO postion , then a Tunica a A-Stretch all done in in the I call it the Reverse (9:00 Stretch)
So here is a routine
How to do the POFULS
Basic Stretch 30 seconds, BTC, getting lig pops
Poly Blasters 30 seonds, jeking method BTC
A-Strech DLD Pulse 110's 30 seconds BTC
Repeat that as many time as you want. But go in that order. I have been getting great workout from these. Thanks to DLD for the Poly blasters and Sliced Beef my bro for telling me about the POF workout
