Are you a member of the paysite? I'd recommend Phase 2 if you are.

Otherwise, do some DLD blasters for length . For me, jelqing doesn't do a whole lot for girth. I still do it to keep good circulation and health though. I'd say do some constricted exercises or the girth busters or supra's slammers.
