hey guys just wondering if any of you guys got any sure fire Pe work outs. ive been stuck now for about a month and i want too work lenght and girth i gained about 3/4 of an inch in length and about 1/2 an inch in girth now just sitting over 6.75 inches in length and 5.1 inches in girth ive fallin into a gutter. i need too fined a way out soo i can reach my goal of 8.5x6ish as soon as possible any thing will help and also maybe a clamp routine as i mite be buying cable clamps...thank

Sorry, brotha, I haven't plateaued yet, so I can't help you. You probably just need to switch up your routine a little. I'll let one of the vets help you with that! I still do a lazy half-newbie routine.
 
serious.. i agree with kong..switch it up a bit, or take abreak for a week or so.. you should see bigger gains when you come off of a break. thats how i am. good luck.
 
thanks guys i just dunno what too change about my routine i love it all i do now iz streatch and jelq....ive also tryed cable clampz i like them but i gotta get a better one b4 i start a solid routine..i really wanna gain both length and girth..any wayz thanks for the fast replies .
 
If all you've been doing are jelqs and stretches then I suggest a few things. First, make sure you stretch "every angle" so that ligs and tunica are hit hard. (Under-the-leg stretch, straight down, straight up, and A-stretch will take care of pretty much everything.) Second, stretch a little every time you go to the bathroom. Not much, 2 30-second stretches of your choice (I gop straight down and A-stretch), and not too intensely. This is just to keep things stretched out. That way it might be harder for the structures to revert to normal (the whole plastic/elastic thing). Third, add Ulis or Supra Slammers. Both of these are some kick-ass exercises and should help you move out of that rut you're in. Whichever one you choose, start doing 5 and then add 1 every 4th workout until you do 10. Then you can decide if you want to spend the extra time doing more or not. Good luck.
 
Increase your stretching intensity. Try some DLD Blasters.
 
What is your routine now as far as exercises, reps, time, frequency and intensity go?
 
itz pretty much in the air i do what i can when i can uhhh i usually do about 20 minz of jelqing a day and 30 second streaches about 15 times each.....i was just wondering exacily how the supra slammer iz done...hit me baq thanks guyz for all the repliez
