Real quick... I'm uncut, and when I stretch, I can grip two ways. One, I pull the skin back and grip below the head. Feels like a better stretch, cuz it feels like im actually pulling something (not skin), but kind of irritates/hurt the head. Two, i let the skin stay and grab below the head, but feels like Im pulling more skin but is comfortabel.... Hmmmm??
 
humm...pull the skin back and grip the head?
You will just have to find what works best for you

I'm uncut as well and initially it was a little uncomfortable gripping the head directly, but this is the way to go. I find I get a much better stretch and the irritation fades after a few sessions. Also make sure to hot wrap, that seemed to help me a lot with sensitivity. Good luck!
