Every night I stretch while I'm in bed, I do bundles in all directions, regular stretches, __________'s, V's and A 's and after I've finished I turn on my side get into the behind the cheeks stretch while I go to sleep. I'm not sure how long I'm in this position for , I suppose it could be anywhere between 10 -30 minutes. I do this so that I don't turtle after stretching rather than apply a wrap . Does anybody else do this?
 
Sounds like a great bedtime routine to me :)!

beardedbaldy, I do the same when retiring for the day, except bundles. I admire your tenacity for utilizing those types of moments in the day to do some type of PE-training...

Yes many people do the BTC so that your dick doesn't turtle up it's normal when sleeping

I have done this since day one, I still do it out of habit from time to time. There is so much opportunity to take advantage of in PE when you really get your mind into it!
 
What i wonder though..

Will this leave more room for you to go overboard? Like, would it be harder to establish where your sweet spot is of how much work is needed in the original daily routine to get gains?
If you do this too often, eventually you need "more" work overall to actually make gains. As your penis has to take more and more workload faster and faster, it will make you have to
put in even more work in short periods of time to actually keep the process of gaining going. Compared to if you would start out slowly with a fixed routine and incorporate more intensity
slowly, slowly over a longer period of time, to always make steady gains. Eventually you will need so much intensity and long periods it is hard to gain if you don't hit those hours that is needed.
The resistance to grow gets stronger the more work you put on your penis.
To start over and repeat, you basically have to take a deconditioning break eventually, and who knows for how long to actually decondition your penis?

Take me for an example. I once followed a good routine and slowly incorporated intensity and eventually one exercise at a time if neccessary. I gained at a steady tempo and somewhere on the road i got excited and tryed different techniques & exercises.
Somewhere here i got lost in my journey, and i'm trying to get back on track.

Most of my BTC stretching occurs when I hit the sack and watch a bit of TV before sleep...conveniently, I'm on my side which facilitates this nicely
 
Thanks everyone for the advice and opinions, you are giving me exactly what I want when I asked the question.
It's too early yet for me to comment on what gains I will make because I'm not actively measuring erect just yet, as for recovery I can only go off my body clues. Sometimes I have that ache at the base and inside but not pain so this is all good , I also have excellent erections every single night and first thing in the morning.
If this changes at any point then I will re evaluate my workload and adjust.

For the BTC at night definitely helps for the flaccid size as well. The only thing I'm not sure is if too much pressure squeezing on the penis, if you have big thighs can like reshape the penis. I've seen a post somewhere where a dude with big thighs reshaped his penis so it looked weird.

Haha I definitely don't need to worry about miss shaping my piece, I don't have big thighs at all. The pressure actually feels good, it keeps me elongated and full.

Lol okay it's just a scary thought I have in bed myself thats why i do not do it.
