Hello everybody

I am still rather new at this having started less than a week ago (1+year of reading the forum). When doing the basic stretches i have a hard time feeling any kind of stretch, other then down or behind the cheeks. There is a point on the top of my shaft that with light pressure feels like a cable running the direct center of the shafts top ending at the glands that stretches doing those two but feels incredibly tight. after warming up its pliable but during the day it aches and is mild/moderately painful is this normal or am i putting too much pressure?

Most men do not feel the stretch in upward positions as the hands are just not strong enough to accomplish this. The LengthMaster is the answer to this, it allows for mighty power to be added to any manual stretch. It has changed the game for so many. I am concerned though with this "chord"; Does it feel hard and like a wire? Is it present when flaccid. I already know it is causing pain. It may be thrombosis but I would need the answer to those questions first.

Yes its firm and to describe what they feel like is if you pulled a elastic band taught and rubbed your finger against it feels hard but pliable. idk if that helps explain it better, as for pain it feels similar to the feeling of a deep muscle that persists for hours. Stretching in the upwards position i can feel this chord hold it back a little. I was leaning away from thrombosis as this has been there for years just more prominent since i started stretching.

So it is just a vein that is becoming more prominent due to the increase of blood flow. With the upward stretching you may want to try Bundled Upward Stretches and see if they bring more intensity. If not, go for a LengthMaster and never worry on this issue again.

So you think that cord feeling may just be my deep dorsal vein and arteries? should i dial down the pressure on the downward stretches or is the pain i described part of the process? I definitly feel a mild stretch with the bundled stretches my morning routine consists of 1 set regular stretches 1 set of bundled stretches and if i have time 1 set of erect stretches. I have considered the lengthMaster but my first 2 things will likely be the bathmate/penomet and a silicon tube to try to follow the SRT method of healing. That and its difficult to persuade the wife to let me spend that much on this as she thinks my size is fine as is.

Downward post soreness at the base is completely expected. I would not reduce intensity of downward stretching at all. I see what you are saying about equipment and it makes good sense. The LengthMaster was my suggestion because no one gets a good upward stretch without the LengthMaster, the hands are just not strong enough. I like your approach and I am very happy you have taken an interest in SRT, it is the fastest way to get to where you wanna be!

I've been at it for about 6 weeks so I'm pretty much just as new as you. The first 10-12 days I felt stretches about the same way - down and behind the cheeks I felt a lot, anything else I barely felt anything.

After that first 2 weeks I started feeling a lot more in the upward and to the side stretches. Maybe I loosened everything up finally and was able to pull to a point I felt it? Maybe the down and behind the cheek stretches were so much I didn't notice the other stretches even though they were doing something? Maybe I learned how much I actually needed to pull to feel it? Maybe my grip got better? Combination of all?

I know DLD is right that the lengthmaster is the only sure fire way to hit it every single time. At the same time we're doing things to our bodies that we've never done before and feeling new things. Hopefully you start feeling it a bit more in the next week or so.

It was always so frustrating to me when doing upward stretching as I would feel nothing. I would put everything into the stretch but it felt like I was trying to stretch steel. The LengthMaster is the only thing that changed that for me. With the LM upward stretching becomes very gainful.

Up and to the sides I can feel a good stretch now, just took a bit. The only 2 stretches I don't feel much is straight out (about half the time I can feel it) and the worst is straight up. I still do them as even a little stretch there is helping growth.

Sinthious - I'd give it another week or so working every stretch and learning them and you should start to feel more. Make sure your grip is good and you're giving a good clean pull while slowly applying more and more tension. I have a feeling this time next week you'll be feeling more in every position. No offense DLD but you've been at it for so long something tells me loosening up in your first few weeks is a very distant memory ;) Hopefully I'm right here but I'm certainly no expert.

Thank you for the wise words, it is exactly what i have been trying unfortunately i had to stop completely as something happened to my dominate hand and i cant grip tightly so im letting my hand heal. As soon as its back i will be right back at it!

That sucks and I hope you heal up okay.

I have to do 2/3 of my stretches with my right hand as my left just can not hold the grip over and over without a break. I've also bumped up my stretch times from the 30s I started at to 45-60s depending on how much time I have. My left hand is screaming for mercy long before my penis us lol.

Thank you i hope it heals up well as my hand can do everything but grip :/ Yeah the non dominate hand is hard to use unless you already have the strength built up, it does help to use the other hand to either bolster the grip or stretch.

I know the more I do it the more my grip will build (or at least should).

While you're waiting to heal you could still try doing some work with your other hand. A little bit is better than nothing. Could try shorter duration but higher frequency to keep working on loosening everything up for when you're healed.

Hands do become stronger as your progress in PE. Grip becomes stronger and slippage becomes less of an issue.

Good to know DLD thank you, my hand is about back to 100% it may have been a little bit of DeQuervain’s Tenosynovitis from between being on the computer for 10+ hours a day and going to the gym consistently for the first time in years. Starting back up today.

Keep at it!

The past week it has been extremely difficult for me to do any PE work. I've gotten some stretches in whenever I could, even if it was just a few minutes worth when finally getting a chance to sit down at night before getting back up to get ready for bed. Life happened.

I got a good workout in this morning and OUCH I felt the reduction of work from the past week. My dominate hand was even yelling at me! I powered through it though and thought about this discussion when I got to my upward stretches. The only one I couldn't really feel anything was straight up. I still held it though cause any little bit, even if it's just loosening up for the next stretch, helps.

I'm still a ways away from an official measurement. However I did a "let's just take a peek" measurement the other day and I may have gained 1/4" bpel since Feb 7. I can see extra girth at the base but I've also been doing some stretches from the base so I don't think that's from girth work. I've also noticed that the lowest 1/3 of my shaft seems a little thicker. I always had a slight hourglass shape, looking from the top anyway, that ended at about mid shaft. I wish I had taken more girth measurements than the base and at my circumcision scar so I could tell for certain but I have pictures to compare to if need be.

Hope that gives you some added motivation to keep working. I'm shy of 2 months and things look different already just from manual work.

I get that too, pain is pretty nasty, Cannabis helps big time. Find a strain with high CBT and you will find absolute and complete freedom from the pain. If you do not want your mind altered get a strain high in CBT with no THC. The CBT will destroy all pain and will actually help you get better.

Gotta love the applications cannabis has the CBD in it can definitely dull the pain a bit and now that CBD oil is legal in my state i likely can get just that.

In states where it's legal they have wax. Bang for the buck I've been told by friends it's utterly amazing for both the high and pain relief. They make mixes where they added more CBD into it. While it lowers the THC content per gram it gives even more pain relief than the regular wax.

My smoking days ended when I joined the Marine Corps at the age of 19. I figured after I got out I'd get back into it again but it wasn't the same anymore. I miss the physical feel-good from it but I like having my head clear. CBD and very low thc might be the answer.

I am glad people are staring to see the benefits of the healing herb from Heaven! It has been held back from us and lied about since the Catholic church decided it was evil! What a joke when the anointing oil Jesus Christ used was cannabis! Soon my Brothers we will have a world of complete honesty and righteousness! Very soon.
