Hi everyone,

Ive been hanging now for about six weeks with my BiB Starter. Im up to 5lbs for about 10 hours a week and I am hanging straight down. I dont seem to be getting any fatigue in the ligs but when I pull in my stomach with the hanger attached I feel the skin on the top of my dick tighten and become painful. Does this indicate that Im still stretching skin rather than the important bits?

ps My LOT (I think) is about 7-30.

Well, I dont know how tight the skin on your penis is right now. You are going to go through phases, especially when you first begin hanging where most of what you are stretching will be skin. You cant really avoid that. You HAVE to stretch the skin. That makes room for the other parts to be stretched. Best way I know to answer your question is if you feel a burn or stretch in your skin...youre stretching skin.

If you have not already, I would look through all of my sticky threads at the top of this forum. You may find some information that could help you through this.

Think Ive sussed this out now. I have to really tighten down my BiB to a rediculous level, but once youve done it a few times and no damage was caused it gives you confidence. My BiB now grips the inner shaft and skin pull is not a problem. Im getting some nice fatigue as well.

Cool man. The BIB hanger is designed to be worn very tightly. Tighter the better. Especially with higher weights.
