SO, I have used a bathmate, air pump, extender, wrapping and a slew of manual work to get from 5.5-5.75 EL to 7.25-7.5. Currently just post bathmate session I hit 8 barely with a bone pressed measurement. Was considering starting a stretching routine as it sounds to be the most productive method. Going to start DLD's newbie routine on Monday. Coupled with the mityvac and the bathmate hydro7, I hope to see a solid 8 inches soon. After lurking many threads I have gleaned a good amount of information on what stretches should be integrated but, wanted to start a discussion of what manual work was the most productive for the brothers. Would love to hear some thoughts!
 
Thats great just add another half an inch in lengght and take things easy being 7,5 inches nbpel is not a joke..
 
Hit the newbie routine (just the stretching) hbefore the bathmate today, I understand the hype of manual length work now! Seriously well put together. Good work DLD!
 
Honestly I'm doing a lot of stretching recently with at the end a little session with the BM
And the results are just amazing !
I haven't measured yet but i can see progress with my eyes or in the mirror

I think one of the fastest way to get result is indeed stretching with intensity plus pumping
At least my recent experience goes this way

So go for it !

I've jelqued alot but never really gave stretching a serious go, after the newbie routine, plus some a stretches before the bathmate today, I seen a serious change in flaccid hang. Totally sold me. After the bathmate I threw in some slow squash jelqs with amazing effect on mid shaft girth. Very excited about the future.

So you have gained about 2 inches in length by pumping and using extender.

I used a colt air pump with a gauge, going up to 7-10 hg at the most, used it for 10 minutes for about 5 sets, and did about a half hour of jelqing every day. Rarely stretched if ever, jelqing and pumping, some occasional bathmate sessions, took me from 5.5 to about 6.5 over about 9 months. After that I took a year break or so, then got back into pumping and would do that daily for a long time. I was very sporadic with my pe for a long time, not being consistent or keeping accurate measurement. About two years ago, I got a bathmate again, used it for at least 6 months, out grew it jumped up to the x40 and then stopped using that too. That was the first time I seen consistent 7 inches. Only recently did I get back into it seriously with a hydro7. Had it for around a week now and havent missed a session.
 
Just tried it a little while ago. I can feel my ligs and cock moving away from my body. I'll certainly be using these in the future!

Excellent to hear have you tried it with a pipe yet? Some people get a better a stretch using a pipe and they do using their hands.
 
I equate most of my recent gains to the bathmate. (Sorry DLD!) I would say for me it went something like bathmate, jelqing, pumping for effectiveness

I didnt follow alot of manual work/set foundations in the beginning, only recently began stretching and reading the srt posts. When I started I was just flying by the seat of my pants

I can use my arm as it is, as most of my work has paid off, would you recommend trying the pipe instead for better leverage?
