It seems from all I've been able to ingest that girth is easier to attain than length . And I suppose after doing the exercises and understaing the anatomy I can see that.

I want to gain in both, girth was my intial priority but length wasn't far behind. So if girth will come along with time and proper exercises then I want to be sure I am working length properly.

Here's what I do:

After 5min's or so of warm-wrap I begin my manual stretches . Gripping the entire flaccid shaft just below the glans, I pull slow and hard straight out and hold for roughly five minutes. I then repeat this to both sides, straight up, and straight down. With a few tugs at each angle just before I release.

I can feel and actually see the ligs stretching when I do this. And can feel the tension in my ligs with my finger as I stretch . It seems tightest in the down stretch .

I have seen guys say their ligs get sore after stretching but mine don't. And TRUST me I can't pull any harder (without risking injury). Hell my hands/arms tire before my cock does. So should my ligs be sore afterward?

Am I holding the stretches long enough? I would think so but maybe not. Or am I worring about nothing?

Also, I've not seen anyting about cool down stretching . I know in a standard workout stretching before and after the exercises is recommended. Same hold true for this type?

When you say you grab your entire shaft do you mean with a complete fist or with the thumb and forefinger? Grabbing too much of the shaft will result in less total penis stretch . So it is important to use the standard OK grip when stretching . If slippage is an issue some baby powder should remedy this.

Post Penis Enlargement soreness varies from user to user. Some guys get sore every time but make slow gains, some guys never get sore and make huge gains. A better way to gage your growth is by measuring.

Your hands and arms will continue to get stronger as you progress. Much of the Penis Enlargement exercise is dependent on muscles you do not usually use. Over time you will become stronger.

I think you may want to try holding the stretches for a shorter period and increase the amount of reps. A very good stretching routine is the Blasters. You may want to try these. If you prefer you can continue with the stretches you are doing but I would change them to look more like this:

Stretch Down: Hold for 30 Seconds (repeat 3 times)
Stretch Down to The Right: Hold for 30 Seconds (repeat 3 times)
Stretch Down to The Left: Hold for 30 Seconds (repeat 3 times)
Stretch Straight Up: Hold for 30 Seconds (repeat 3 times)

No. Since the penis is not a muscle the same rules do not apply. You may want to do a hot wrap after to soothe the ligs and shaft.

Don't forget to try kegel/reverse kegel during the stretch .

I like to do a quickly kegel/reverse kegel and then increase the stretch . I was surprised about results.

I use toilet paper for a better grip.

When I stretch I have been using a couple fingers and thumb for better grip. But now thinking about I see how that can impede the stretch . Will correct my grip next workout.

DLD, I very much like your suggestion on the Blaster stretches . I feel the greatest pull in a downward direction so I will definately modify my routine to your suggestion and see how it works for me.

I do use a 5min warm-wrap to end my routine. I occasionally use a wrap during my routine if I need to reposition or anything. Just any time I have more than a couple second interuption, I wrap and kegal during it. I keep a bowl of hot water next to me so it is on hand. Not a habit I'm getting into but I figure if my routine is interupted for some whatever reason, the wrap and kegals will at least keep the blood flowing.

The bowl of watre is also good for suBathmateerging my lube in. I set the bottle in the bowl and it warms the contents. This prevents the "shock" of a cool lubricant.

Thanks again for the help and input. I did 5 days of one hour workouts and am taking two days off. Will try these suggestions on my next workout and let you know how it works out.

Good look, i find hot wraps help make the penis more flexable when doing NPenis Enlargement and its so nice to put a hot towel on your penis when the ligs are sore as hell.


p.s. i think papercut said over at PP that he hardly ever felt sore after a workout yet he made some great gains.
