Which excercies, if done incorrectly, are more likely to lead to injury? Girth stuff, like jelqs and compressions, or stretching for length ?

Just out of curiousity, because I've been doing nothing but intense stretching , and I the only pain i've really been getting has been deep in my public area, i guess mainly where the ligs attach.

You shouldn't be experiencing pain. Soreness is ok, even extreme soreness is ok.

Anyway, to answer your question. It's easier to hurt yourself doing girth workouts, especially the more advanced stuff such as bends. You can still hurt yourself doing stretching though. Just read up on everything, listen to your body, and take things slow.
