Stretching only routine


Has anyone done a stretching only routine or one with very few jelqing and had any good gains? If so what was your routine and how long did it take before you got your first gains?
I did for about a month-and-a-half before Christmas when moving to a new place and a few other factors limited my privacy to trips to the bathroom. I got in a 10-min stretch session every morning and night and saw decent length gains (0.2") but I think that was mainly due to the fact that I have never really concentrated on stretching ; I was always more of a jelqing man so perhaps I had that length coming by just switching over to a predominantly stretching routine.
