How vigorously should I stretch my penis? Should I pull as hard as my arm strength will permit? Also, should I pay attention to my LOT when I stretch , or should I just pull straight down as DLD recommends for the initial phase?

If you are just beginning I would recommend following the plan as it is laid out. The main reason is to become familiar and comfortable with the different movements. I would not worry about LOT just yet give yourself some time to get used to the basics. Strength when stretching should be as hard as you can without hurting yourself...this sounds ambiguous but over time you will find what this strength is. It comes with practice and time. Stretch fairly hard and increase the pressure over the course of a few workouts until you find your max. There is no rush to get there so stretch smart.

Is it unusual after a vigorous stretching routine to develop what appear to be purple pockets of blood around the end of the glans?

I have this happen sometimes, and the first time it happened, it scared the shit out of me. Just looks like a couple of fluid-filled sacks on each side of the meatus.

I noticed though that this only really occurs with me if I do stretching right after an intense jelqing routine or the like. I guess there is a lot more fluid around which then somehow gets trapped in the glans when stretching or something. I'm honestly not sure of the mechanism involved, since it doesn't follow logic that it would occur.

But yeah, I would say that this phenomenon could be considered "normal," but if it happens every time, then I'd try to find a way of reworking the routine to see if you can prevent it from happening. Because in all honesty, I don't think it's a truly "healthy" thing, whether or not it happens rarely or all of the time.

Yep do as DLD advised dont rush into hardcore stretching you'll hurt ya self, as I know from personnal experience.

If ya like the hardcore streching however, fly over to the hanging section where the Mad men hang out :) SWM the Lunatic of MOS :p and even I am their :eek: but no need to rush.

I luv a hard REALLY hard strech with 15lbs of weight at a HIGH ANGLE of attack, my ligs are KILLIN me after and I am SO SORE its unreal but I know for ME this is what I have to do as I got hard ligs so I gotta batter them :blaster: I tell you this so you don't feel the need to go out and Nuke ya penis :hammerhea
If ya need any help at all and a private word Message me, I have had EVERY INJURY known to man with this stuff and have done all exercises at least ONCE on the sites.
