Guys, I recently noticed an increase in my pubic fat pad thickness with my length routine. I think stretching causes some abdominal fat tissues move down to the pubic area similar to skin stretch and pubic hair movement along penis shaft. Any idea?

I know how ya feel....in that thread I made reference to it.
Seems that the hair and some skin....possibly fatty areas are being dragged downwards.....thus they are encouraged to grow in that fashion hence this fat pad flabby thing some of us get.

I know how you feel I think one of these days my stats are going to be 1" non bone pressed or 12" bone pressed:p It's all about diet and exercise I just don't understand those languages yet.

Diets are evil, we should all be fat and merry:p even though im quite skinny:mad:

Skinny here too, but go to the picture forums and look at the skin at the base of my penis. Lots and lots to look at!

Hehehe :p

Thanks for the replies guys. So, no one argues that stretching takes some fat down. Your diet suggestion is okey, but I need a more sound solution which may be a lyposuction type thing in the near future.
Note: I suggest all of us to discuss this fat pad issue more often.

I think what happens is that with the stretching, the fat and skin aren't connected to the body as firmly as they were pre-Penis Enlargement. My thinking is that the connective ligaments that hold the skin to the layer below the fat get broken from the pulling. This explains how some of us can pull the skin over the glans now when erect even though you don't have enough skin to qualify as a real foreskin. Those ligaments are the same that cause "cellulite" to form when people get too fat.

The same separation happens with foreskin restoration.

The only way to avoid this would be to never pull the skin forward, which is probably impossible to do when doing Penis Enlargement, or foreskin restoration.

I'm with MDC, just want to add that liposuction can't be the solution 'cause it's more the flappy skin and not the fat what brings up the problem.
Maybe you make it worse with liposuction! Ever seen this fat people who lost suddenly lots of weight (talk about 60kg or more)?
They have a hell of flappy skin on their stomach, ass and legs(even arms) to deal with!

I agree also.

Hey but guys lets get our heads together and make summut happen for this.
Think of ways to get rid of this problem, like a new exercise.

I have an idea......but I am thinking how the hell to put it into action and words as its abit wild and maybe dangerous....so guys any ideas than hit this thread.

Maybe we are losing some of our real gains by unavoidably increased fat pad which is not a good trade-off. I don't want to be 9'' BP and 7.5'' NBP. We have to do something :)

I also disagree...It is very difficult to eliminate fat from certain regions, one of which is the pubic region. Although you lose certain amount of fat from your body, some regions are not affected at all.

There is no proof, your diet is the major problem you have. Try eating twice daily only and make your dinner as early as possible. Your dinner should be eaten 4 hours before going to bed so it can digest. Do not go to bed with a full stomach.
