Just a quick question. Will I gain length by doing stretching only? I know I should be jelqing, but forget that aspect right now b/c of various reasons. If i'm doing the newb stretches only, is it possible to gain anything ?
 
I don't think you'll be able to make substantial gains without doing jelqs, as you really aren't excercising your pipes and expanding them with blood.
 
I agree that some form of jelqing should be done to compliment the stretching. That said, I do jelqing every other day, while I stretch daily. That's just the routine that works best for me though.

Nope! the only gain you will get is flacid bone press gains. no erect length gains, well you might but not much. also you might/will lose girth by not doing jelqs or constrictors.
listen to AC and dario add in some girth work.

sorry for the confusion I was thinking three ways when typing. :blush: you will make better gains if you work both length and girth. you can concentrate on length and do more length [stretching] but you still need to do some girth work for faster gains hope this helps

So long as your doing some hardcore stretching daily for long amounts of time, i reckon it is more than possible to gain just from stretching.

Let me add stretching, hanging mostly just stretches out the ligs, not the truncate. jelqing and/or constrictors help out stretch the truncate to add length. Yes stretching 6/7 days a week will make you longer, but 2/6 days of light girth work will make you longer faster

Of course! If you stretch your penis it will get longer. Jelqing does benefit your stretching efforts but it is predominately a girth oriented exercise. Stretching is the single-most effective method to gaining length. Keep in mind that stretching alone will not increase girth.

Why can't you do JELQING right now?
 
well, I have a thrombosed vein.....and i've been doing just newb stretches, as I posted on the boo-boo's forum. But its getting much better now, the stretching isn't harming my recovery. Even though I only have 2.5 full months left to Penis Enlargement before I have to go back to school, i really dont wanna start jelqing yet and risk another injury. its funny b/c i got the thrombosed vein only 2.5 weeks into my Penis Enlargement career. I dont think i was jelqing wrong or too hard, and by my 2nd week i made it up to 600 jelqs. Its been a little over a month now, and I've gained about .25 inches in length. Since I measured myself 2 weeks after my injury, i stayed the same in length. THough i didnt expect to gain during my injury, I just started to wonder if it was possible to gain w/ just stretching.
