Anyone tried stretching there veg after a pump session?
I did see http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showpost.php?p=150379&postcount=209 and it was really intense, the stretch fealt alot more intense than if I were doing it un-pumped. I stretched the external tunicae [or penis] by doing bends and such-like stretches.
I think perhaps after a pump session the penis chambers are more open to stress, and that why its more intense? they were feeeling that stretch alot more than normal. I wouldnt be lieing if I said it was twice as powerful after the pump than done normally. What do the rest of you think about stretching after a pump session? do you think its anymore beneficial? more powerful?
 
Right now I have been doing some stretching and wearing my PM after some girth sessions. It does give a good stretch. However, it is hard to get a good grip.
 
do you think it has potential in makeing a better internal stretch VS manuel [before pumping]?
 
Well it is hard to say. I just stretched for 10 minutes after a 50 minute girth session. I feel more of a stretch, but that could be just becasue I am sore from my girth session. So it is hard to say whether it is giving actually a better stretch, or if you are just sore.
 
Yeah sure, but I'm talking about after a pump session, not other girth work.
To me it feels like a greater internal stretch, no soreness or anything like that.
 
So RED im curious if the stretch is as good as u say in your opinion would this be a good time to hang or do you believe that type of stretch would be to much for the penis considering the intense pumping session. Im asking kinda because i always wondered how good the results would be if one were to pump or do intense girth work and then do length particulary hanging in the same session. I think DLD says he focuses on both, but would this combo be to intense as compared to manuals methods......sorry if this post ran on fellas but im curious
 
Daironmunk, I dunno for fact....all I know is once I have pumped I can stretch REALY intense like never before. I intend to take advantage of this in the extender and Power assist after a pump session, so yeah you could jump into a hanger. This theory needs testing.
 
Well Red keep us upto date on your gains from doin this man cuz this could equate to increased and rapid length gains which Im sure all of us would appreciate
 
Sounds alright, but I myself do it the otherway round.
Puimp than PA, I feel the PA stretches than work on the pumped penis, so I get a better stretch.
 
How long do u pump for and what is your rest time in between, before you stretch. oh yeah what kind of pump do u have. I have a Premium MegaVac Pump System. Do u reccomend any advice?

I do X2 20 minute sessions with say 5 mins break between each.
My pump isnt fancy, its enough for what I need it for.
 
i'm starting to consider buying a pump. i wanna gain 3/4 an inch by september. if i use a pump, would this be the way to get it? i mean you said that it's more intense...i just need to know how this is. because i'm not into hanging, there's somethin about havin somethin other than my own hands tuggin at my one and only dick. i'm in need to get these gains really moving. if you could keep us updated it'll help me get a better idea of how to go about doing apump exercise into my routine.

Samz, I'd say if you can pump, go for it. Try it out. I just dont know enough about pumping...like I said last night on AIM, to really give you any feedback.
 
RED your expieriment makes total sense. because the pump is expanding the tissues and then the stretch should be more intense and should translate into good gains, at least in thought. now I wonder how safe it is for someone who hasn't punished thier memeber as much as you have and built up the conditioning?
