Hey,

Is there any correlation between gaining in stretched out flaccid length and anything else? all i have noticed is that my stretched out flaccid length has increased, but my erect length and basically everything else has stayed the same. its been like a month and a half and still very little to no gains, it sucks.

Maybe you have to change you routine. What’s your actual workout, does it have already some more advanced exercises?
I gained a lot in about 8 weeks with a daily workout of ± 40 minutes.

If I could offer any encouragement, for what it's worth, don't give up, though maybe you should change your routine. For me personally, flaccid length gains are very important. My situation is that based on what I read here, my girth is pretty good, my erect length needs a lot of work, and my flaccid length is pathetic, to put it mildly. I don't know what your reasons are for doing Penis Enlargement. One of my goals is to not be ashamed of my pathetically small flaccid penis. I want to be able to shower in a locker room, should such a situation be warranted, and feel absolutely no shame or inferiority. Having a longer flaccid penis will give most men more confidence and self-esteem. Good luck with your other gains.

My flaccid length has not increased, i was just saying that when i am flaccid, and i pull out and measure, that length has increased. Not much else. My girth has increased a little, but i really want erect length to go up.

My routine usually consists of stretching in each direction and holding for 1 minute for 2 sets, then i just added some 7-UPs V-stretch (because i have a low LOT) for 10 sets holding for 10 seconds each time moving up and down the shaft, then i wet jelq for 30 minutes, then i stretch in each direction again.

any tips on a better routine? wat are some better tunica stretches, like how long should i hold them for?

I’m focussed on erect length gains also. So I do a lot of stretching exercises, such as the A-Stretch (5 min), Under Leg Stretch (5 min) and manual Downwards Stretch (8 min). In my workout I have also a combination of Jelq exercises for 10 minutes.
I know this combination works well; I gained 3 cm (1.2 inch) erect length in 8 weeks.

I've found with myself and others...that, flaccid stretched length especially measured bone pressed (ruler placed firmly on top of pubic bone) is a good way to track length increases. Many of us see increases in flaccid stretched length before actual erect length increases come. Why exactly it works that way, nobody seems totally sure. I've seen times where (like recently) my erect length has not increased but, I've had a solid 1/4" increase in my flaccid stretched. Other times I'll have a couple months of gains....like I did a few months back, where I gained a total of 3/4" of length in flaccid stretched, AND erect length. Like you are bound to hear a million times or so while youre involved in this stuff....everyone is different and gains differently in different areas at varying paces....theres' no set way that all men make gains.
 
Your stretched flaccid length may have increased due to the fact your penis has become more elastic so to speak after doing Penis Enlargement.
 
Keep at it, in say 6 months time or so that flaccid stretch should start to cement itself as your erect length, this is what happens to me.

I can do a FS 2 months ago or more and think, well in a few months time thats my erect length BP.

Does that mean you hold the A-stretch for 5 minutes? or how many reps and sets do you do and for how long do you hold each one? same for the other stretches.

If your LOT is low like you say, you might want to focus on stretching upwards and out instead of down like the V stretch.

The A stretch is a good one to stretch with a low LOT according to the theory. Do as many as you have time for.
 
I thought the V-stretch stretched out the tunica? so it would be beneficial for me to use it.
 
flexxx, you are on the right track and there is no need for discouragement. Erect gains almost always manifest themselves as flaccid stretched gains before maturing. How much have you gained in flaccid stretched length? I would like to hear your entire workout too to see if you are on the right track.

I have gained 1" in stretched flaccid length since joining your site (when it started, I don't remember the exact date). All I do for length is the DLD blaster with the A-stretch. I can usually only do 20 to 30 reps or so which only takes me 20 minutes per day. It's amazing how much force can be generated.

I think my gains may be due to my high lot, I have gained 3" total (gained 2" just from jelqing 2 years ago). I checked my lot yesterday and it seems to be about 10:00 or so.

The bulk of my workout has been for girth over the last 6 months and I have just switched over to the Girth Buster routine.

Joining the program is enabling me to go from large to huge.

I have gained about 0.25 inches in stretched out flaccid length in about a month and a half. If i jab the ruler so hard into my bone that it hurts, then i gained 0.5 inches of length, haha i forgot how hard i pushed it in before. The only other thing i have noticed is a more veiny look and 1/4 inch in girth. It doesn't look like much cuz i look at all the time and even with gains it looks small.

I basically wrote my routine down in the above post
my routine is:

- 2 sets of stretching in each direction, hold for 1 minute
- 10 reps of 7-UPs V-stretch holding in 3 parts of the shaft, hold for ten seconds
- 30 minutes of wet jelq, 2 second reps
- 2 sets of stretching in each direction, hold for 1 minute
- warmdown sometimes with a hot towel
 
Hey Flexxx,

When I do the A-stretch and the Under Leg stretch they are subdivided in stretches of about 20-30 seconds, so 10 to 15 reps. The Downward Stretch I try to do in 1 rep. so 8 minutes if I don’t get tired.

Make sure you are doing erect stretches at least 3 to 4 times a week. It will help even out your gains.

Erect stretches are a necessity in PE to close the gap between a bone pressed erect measurement and a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement. This gap can be up to an inch and the only thing that will close this gap is erect stretching. Like Huge said, 3 times a week for only 10 minutes and you are doing yourself a great service to securing the biggest possible size.
