I have been doing manual exercises for a while now, but have never really stretched. I used to hang but now i am doing manuals, will be hanging again in the future though. but as far as stretching goes i don't know that much. Can someone give me the basic principles of how to stretch, how many to do, duration of stretch, and a good hard routine (i am used to the stretch from hanging).
