I think what you are experiencing is an optical illusion. If the length increase is not offset with changes in the girth it will appear smaller in relation. If you measure you will find that you infact are the same girth as before. As the tunicae is stretched you can possibly get uneven girths from the base to the head but, in most cases it is probably normal. You should be doing some type of girth work even if limited to Uli's. You should also work on establishing a kegal routine too. 300 per day to start then add 100 more per week until you are doing at least 500 per day.
