Hi!

I did this routine for 2 weeks then I had 2 weeks break and now I´m starting again. This was the first routine I ever did and I did get some results with it (in only two weeks).

in the morning:
hot wrap
stretch 3 sets of 30 second: down, down to the right, down to the left, straight and up. These will take 3*30*5/60 = 7,5 minutes.
Then I jelq 400 reps (I will increse it slowly to 1000)
hot wrap
then I do kegels.

in the evening I do the same stretch -routine that I did in the morning.

Night, before I go to sleep I do it once more.

What I´m asking you is that should I reduce stretching ? Do it only in the morning?!
I´m getting results that I´m happy with but in the long run, is this too much stretching ?

What are you looking for? Length ? Do the stretches and jelqs. Girth? Do more jelqs less stretches and add in some other thing like DLD bends once you are acclimated to jelqs.

You are the judge of your own penis. If it is sore and you lose night time erections you are doing to much. If it is just a little sore, you probably are fine.

If youre really only stretching like 30 minutes a day TOTAL time like it appears from your post. No, youre not overdoing it and, could probably do two sets of 30 minutes a day or more if youre really ambitious. Jelqing is more of a girth exercise.

I read somewhere that quick jelqs (1-2s) are mainly for length and slow (3--5s) are for girth. Is this correct?
If so, can I do 100 rep sets each? I mean like:
Jelq session:
100 fast
100 slow
100 fast
100 slow
100 fast
100 slow
+ hot wrap .

Or should stay with the basic 2-3s jelq?

600 in one session? You spend a lot of time in the bathroom huh? :D

I don't know if any real proof of slow versus fast has ever came out. Some people post there experience with certain ways and techniques and tell what happened to them. Your different it may or may not happen to you.

Try it for a month, if you don't see the results you want then switch it around. Or do something different.
