I can bench 270, I weigh 170, but I have also been lifting for 2 years. I started out at 135 so I guess I have doubled my bench :).
 
We gots some weightlifters in these here parts. :)

I maxed out Saturday morning benching 320 lbs. (I've been lifting for about 4 years)

I've been Penis Enlargementing for about 5 months and have gained nearly 1" BPFSL.
 
Bench press has absolutely nothing to do with Penis Enlargement gains. Trust me.

Yep, I was thinking that if strength has any effect on how much you can gain from manual stretching, then the factor to take into consideration should rather be forearm strength (perhaps bicep and tricep strength, too). For the record, I never really attempt to 'max out' in any of my lifts, but I can bench 10 x 220lbs with ease, so I guess my 1 rep max would be around 265 lbs (according to a conversion engine I found on a BB site). Oh yeah, and I'm about 1,5 years into bodybuilding.

Whoops, forgot about the gains part:
approx. 0.3" in length, over a timespan of 15 months.

I'm benching around 250lbs on the bench. I've gained about .5" from manual stretches/jelquing over my whole Penis Enlargement career (4 yrs). Kind of disappointing
 
Uhh..I bench like 170 (my body weight) 3x10 sets...never tried maxing out, i've been lifting for under a year now, steadily. I've gained over an inch and a half over a 2 year period, unconsistantly...all manual stretch gains, by the way.

I do not think how much you can bench has a factor of gains in Penis Enlargement though..
 
You say str has nothing to do with it???. So your saying the harder you can pull wont help????? Benching is a pushing movement.
 
I lifted for 4 yrs straight, gained little, took a year off, then took $100 worth of drugs a month for 8 months. Gained 25+ lbs of muscle along with a lot of disgusting stretch marks on the inside of my arm. Hopefully, being on my 3rd week of Penis Enlargement, i dont get any stretch marks on my unit......that wouldnt look too cool huh
 
Its not how hard you stretch, its how smart you stretch....strength is not a big issue, especially when we are dealing with how much you can bench. I think its more about stamina and endurance rather than how much you can bench...

Stretching in Penis Enlargement I believe your useing your triceps, shoulders, forearms, and biceps. So in an upward stretch your biceps, and shoulders should be doing modt the work. In a straight down stretch, you'd be using your triceps and shoulders. A-stretches your using your forarms and triceps. Hell you can even shift your pelvis to isolate the stretch even further. I really don't believe how much you can lift would really matter unless you can't do 1 push up. Besides when I push too hard I end up hurting my glans. Grip is one of the most important parts of stretching, if you got a weak grip your gonna have a weak stretch.

I've benched 225 before, I'm 160lbs, I've gained close to 1 inch since NOV.
 
alright so strength isnt a big deal ok. Then lets say a 3 year old kid pulls on his dick will that make any effect?
 
being that the kid hasn't gone through puberty I really wouldn't know..
 
So you can bench 300 lbs for 1 time? Or you can make 30 push ups? Whats the deal? When you go to a gym you gain DYNAMIC strength. A push up, dead lift, a bench press or whatever are great examples of dynamic movements.

Stretching your dick is a static movement. So if you want to workout to benefit your stretching routine it should be static movements. Like holding the bar (without moving upward) at your strongest part during a biceps curl. Gripping strength of any kind is beneficial as you tighten and loosen your grip often, during jelqs and stretches.

I think gym gainers have a huge advantage. BUT, not because of their bench presses, biceps curls capacity. But because of their discipline. If a gymrat sets up a routine. Penis Enlargementing 3 times a week, he will do so...

Overall health is a bonus while Penis Enlargementing! Don't get me wrong. Aerobic activity is probably the best as it makes your "blood system" better. This could even increase your flaccid unit size. And that is good for Penis Enlargement:ers as a good blood supply is very crucial as the dick is recovering.
