Ok, I'm really new to Penis Enlargement and i dont know if this should be in the newbie section or not, I'm wanting to gain about 1 inc of length and as much girth as humanly possible in 2 months, I am currently at about 6' in length. Is this a heavy goal or is it something i can shoot for? Next, when i streach should I grab the skin right under the head or should i sorta grab the top of the shaft? When I grab the top of the shaft it feels like i'm getting more of a streach but It sorta feels like it's jsut the skin streching. When I grab right below the head I dont really feel a good strech no matter how hard i'm pulling. Any info on these subjects would be greatly appreciated.
 
1 inch in 2 months may be possible but it is not likely to happen. I don't mean to discourage you, but the truth is, even fast gainers usually only get .25" in a month. Penis Enlargement is not something that you can do overnight. It takes time and dedication. If you try to rush it and do the exercises too hard, you run the risk of damaging yourself.
 
My stretched flaccid maxes out at close to 8", but I am restoring my foreskin, so I am having some problems with grip, too, as my penis head kind of slips and slides back in the skin, and it is too sensitive to really grab onto. I have had some success using a warm cloth. I wrap it around my penis and grip it right behind the glans with an OK grip with the fingers pointing down. With my other hand, I grab my thumb and index finger and hold them tightly together to help lock onto the shaft and then pull for all I got. I have gone from 7" to 7 1/2" in the last 8 weeks, so quick gains are possible. It all depends on a lot of factors.
 
Which factors? Well the penis is not a muscle.. But if you overtrain a muscle than it wont grow.. And the line between over-training and undertraing is een thinner with your penis. Like kong told me, work it out intense so its sore, but also let it rest or it'll never grow! But what other factors determine gains?
 
Other factors are whether you are circumcised and uncircumcised. Circumcision will create scarring, and everyone knows that scars do not stretch very easily. Circumcision also removes alot of the blood vessels in your penis, reducing blood flow and causing you to heal slower. Other factors are healing time -- some people heal slower or faster than others-- the length and strength of the ligs you are attempting to stretch, and even how strong you hands and forearms are -- as that will determine how hard you can stretch.
 
Well, do you think its okay to train again when your not fully healed? even if you have a routine to stick to.. my dick is still sore from yeserdays workout and today was a day off but tommorow isnt but lets say if my dick was still sore. Wouldnt it be useless to train again? Im new to all this, but thats were I think most people cross the line and overtrain. DLD's newbie routine talks about training intense everyday but I cant handle all that, and if you did how could you expect growth?

It depends. Your best bet is to train, intensely, for 1/2 hour. Find a stretch you like and set up sets and reps that will fit it into 1/2 an hour.
