Hey ppl,
over the past few weeks ive been experiencing this: Im doing an extended newbie routine right now and what i have noticed is this, In my routine i pull SO, SO to the left, and SO to the right (in about 4 different parts like up, SO, down and BTC) and i do three sets of each, the first set will be really good and i can really feel a stretch, but then after that i dont really feel as much of a stretch as the first set. Is this because its the first stretch of the routine or what?

I have that same thing happen. Dunno what causes it but when I first start my stretches there's this nice sort of soreness that I can really feel during stretching. But then after the first couple of sets it fades.

I get that feeling too. It's like it feels like you are really workign the initial set or two then it becomes dull and it just seems like blah...Just make sure to always go as far as you can when you stretch it unless you're doing JAIs or something. I think it's probably a good thing though to get the dullness feeling because you want that length to be your normal length in time anyway. The feeling is a step in that direction.
