Hey,
I have a curve to the right, mid shaft. It’s most noticeable semi erect, a bit noticeable flaccid and when 100% errect it’s straight and with no curve.
Does anyone have some advice in straighting it out?
I’ve heard of errect bends but I’m not sure how to do them correctly and safely?
Cheers guys, I’d really appreciate some advice and guidance

Yes. Those who straighten in the past use extender to isolate and keep the growth straight, but the recent days, we first break down the tissues with exercises and then keeping it straight for more effective regrowth and repair.

Look at the list of the videos and you'l see the erect bending. Practice going light and gentle, and gradually, very gradually increase in intensity. Too much intensity at the same time may trigger your body to fight back even harder, and the bend will not want to be corrected. But before the erect bend, make sure to soften up the tissues using other exercises on the list of videos. And good one is the dry and basic stretches, follows by light clock bend and counter bend.
