Heres a tunicae stretch I have been playing with for a couple weeks. You set it up like you would a bundled stretch , then with the "Ok" grip in place, pull forward. Then, here's the tunicae stretch part....you rotate your gripping hand so the bottom of your hand is facing the floor, thumb upward. Look at the pics to get a better idea. After rotating your grip...keep trying to rotate it in the same direction...... (if you were holding an ice pick the spike would be pointing back toward your ass between the cheeks) and now, pull that hand upward. Your thumb will be the lever or 'fulcrum' that will help apply the resistance to the tunicae. As pictured in the last pic, you can use your other free hand to add to the grip pressure and to pull up more and put more pressure on the tunicae. Give it a go guys! Let me know what you think!! By the way, you switch grips as you would with any other stretch .
