if you bought it through this website, then no it's not fake. as for the sticker, having it on or off has no impact on how well the device works, just pump to the max amount you feel comfortable with.

Sorry to hear your sticker came loose, this will not effect the Bathmates performance but it will prevent you from seeing what is happening. I would request a new sticker, maybe this is something that has happened before although this is the first I have heard of it.

I wouldn't worry about the sticker. Sure, it can give some kind of guide where you are going ... But mine came off, well, actually I tore it off some days ago and I feel much more excited about pumping actually!

Enjoy the pump! Listen to your body and feel yourself grow!

Mines is kinda the same thing. Only problem with mines is, I lose suckshion within 2 seconds. Now I'm in the process of buying another 1. If the next one's a faulty one, we're going to have a huge problem.

I can tell you in the near future it will need to be engraved. I know the rules are changing on labeling of personal products.

I bet all you needed to do was clean the valve or replace the base ring/rip it off...

I believe there is a video on Youtube showing how to clean. I also think someone posted it here too. I will look around.

How do you clean the valve ?

Please tell me you haven't ordered a second Bathmate yet...

You take a flat head screwdriver. Then you put it into the slots on the top of the Bathmate, the thing that is spring loaded that you press down on, pop off the cap, that black button will come off with it (the button you hold down to stop water from dripping). Take out the black button/valve. Clean it with soap and water. Make sure there is no residue on it (ie vaseline, soap, anything that will stick to it). Then dry it off, put it back into the cap, put the cap back onto the Bathmate. Should work like brand new.

This is all in the instructions that came with your Bathmate, by the way. You should not have ordered a second one. Never do that if you are having problems with any product. Contact the company and they will help you. If it really is broken, they will send you a new one or a refund. I had a similar problem and I emailed Bathmate and they suggested cleaning the valve.

Hope this helps and hope you can cancel that second order.

PS - Every penis device I have ordered online, I have contacted the makers when I had a question/problem and they helped me each time. I was skeptical of online ordering in the 2000s, but in this day and age, people make their livings off internet sales and word of mouth reputation. All it takes is one pissed off customer to give a company a bad name. So they will usually help you. I have ordered literally hundreds of items online (mostly CDs from amazon) and I can only recall one instance where I was legitimately ripped off (it was a burned CD-R with printed booklet and CD art - a bootleg) and I still got a full refund and got to keep the bootleg.

Thanks for that Mike, I could not find it.

I think I found my problem. I'm missing a spring. I just have the black part and clear top. Or is the black tip the spring?

You are missing a spring? Are you sure?

The spring is internal. You can't get to it without ripping apart the Bathmate with pliers and destroying it. The only two pieces that can be removed are the clear top and the black part. I think your problem is just a matter of cleaning it. Mine does the same thing to me when it needed a cleaning.

Then it's just a faulty one. I just cleaned it and still the same problem.

Are you sure you put it back together correct? Fairly obvious question but I thought I would ask since I have never heard of the valve failing. If this be the case I am sure Bathmate will work with you.

Yeah, suckshion just doesn't last long. I'ma lay off it for a while. And when I get back to it and it doesn't improve, I'ma just buy another one to make sure. That way I can see what was wrong or what was missing.

Jeff, give this a try. Fill your bath tub and try pumping under the water and let me know if you see a difference.

I'll check that out tonight and let you know what happens. The video of you on YouTube with your Bathmate is the kind of suckshion I want. That Jim carrey trying to take the mask off suckshion. Lmao
