So due to limited time from life work, fatherhood, jiu jitsu and just other life shit ive been trying to take a different approach. Ive been doing stealth style work outs. So basically shorter 5 to 10 min session during the day. My only issue is i dont get that same feeling in my ligs as i do when i did my normal longer routine. I am used to feeling stress in my ligs and a slight burn and i just dont get it with these shorter sessions. Which makes me think im not even doing enough work to gain.

My routine looks a bit like this

Upon waking up
10 min stretch
Lunch Break
10 min stretch
Afterwork
10 min stretch
Later at night
10 min stretch

Then i do girth after i take a bath which is normally bathmate with some jelqs

So basically has anyone gained while doing anything similar to this. Im just worried since i dont feel the same stress to my penis as i did when the program was longer
 
well IMO your sessions are ok specially if you dont have enough time,but you got to wait some time before deciding if you have to change the routine,maybe after a month or two if you havnt seen any gains maybe you should start a new routine...
 
Since you have less time maybe you would consider more intense work. For instance the __________ stretch in all directions is pretty intense. If nothing else it would be more effective than what your current routine looks like.

Other than that there is phallosan forte. Which you could probably use all day. I wouldn't advise wearing it during jiu jitsu, but certainly during most anything else. Or if you're looking to bolster girth you could consider bathmate twice a day and using a loose fitting ring which you'd really have no need to remove.

Suffice to say, there are definitely options. Maybe a bit expensive, but they're there.

I have always liked routines that are spread throughout the day, I believe it keeps the penis in a continuous state of elongation or expansion, depending on what you are training. With your BathMate workout I would do the SRT Version of 5 minutes in the tube and 5 minutes of jelqing x3. This will give you superior tissue expansion with very little to no fluid retention.

Routines troughout the day sounds great!! keeps the penis in a continuous state of expansion and elongation...
 
Thanks for the input guys. I tired the __________ stretch and they do feel more intense than the normal stretches. And I will give the 5x5x5 a try since I have a little extra free time in the mornings

So happy we could help. Just wanted to tell you it is 5x5x3 unless you feel able to go for 5x5x5.
 
I'm glad you started this thread. I think there are many mos bros that are in the same boat as you. I will maybe start using some stealth style things in the future and try to contribute to this thread.
 
Im sure there are alot of guys like us. Work family kids school hobbies etc. Once i run this for a while i want to make a more comprehensive thread about how to gain with limited time.
 
well i know is quite complicated,because of the obstacles we face everyday,but why dont you sacrifice one of your hobbies and use that time for your sessions,30 to 40 mins everyday, you can get good gains....
 
my only real hobbie would be jiu jitsu. Anything besides that is either work or time with my wife or daughters. After doing more research i feel like i can gain with a program like the one i outlined.

The more limited the time the more creative you will have to be. Stretching under the covers, Pocket Stretches, Piss Pulls, etc. You will need to learn how to sneak in 5 minutes here and five minutes there. These mini sessions add up quickly and by the end of the day a solid session can be made.

Not to mention the space. I live with other people so I have to be respectful not to tie up the bathroom for 30 min while I pump. Plus, if he's got a wife and kids he can't tell them he's gonna need 30-40 min of alone time to go pull on his cock. The spirit of the stealth routine is that of necessity.

Many things can go on under the covers with some loose shorts or sweatpants on. If you are watching an hour of TV you can stretch for a full hour getting your stretching in for the day. Bathroom can be used 3 times a day for 10 minutes each and this can get your girth work in. You could go with the 5x5x3 workout, one set for each break. This might work to your advantage in keeping you expanded all day.

Do your best to wake up early in the morning and do your session. Do the longer session. Get yourself a length master. It is the ideal device for those who are lacking time.
