Hi, I’ve been interested in PE for as long as I can remember (even back to 5th grade I’d see ads in the back of magazines and wonder when I’d start seeing natural changes idk if I ever did). I’m 24 now and decided that I’m no longer go on being passively insecure about size. I invested in a power j gym to begin my Jelqing journey (I was in an accident that resulted in the amputation of a hand and the power j gym Jelqing tool seemed like my best way to address my PE goals).

I was using this tool to substitute for technique and did not warm up or cool down during the 1st month of use. However, I still made gains (approx .25”) which excited me. Ive been using 2x daily for 20 min each session (6 days/ week or I scale back to 15 min for the 2nd half of the week and continue 7 days).

I just began adding in a heated warm up, (5- 10 minutes) and 5 plane stretching. I recently ordered the size genetics stretch device to wear overnight after my sessions.

I’m happy I found a group like this one to discuss this topic and learn. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to prolong my growth rate before plateau or ways to modify traditional techniques to be used one handed.

Very Respectfully,

Studentofgrowth

I’m glad to hear that you’ve already made growth and you understand PE on a great level. From looking at your post I would suggest that you put together something more organized to cover all of the goals you may have. Doing things with one hand can be troubling I’m sure but you sound like a tenacious brother to me so, I don’t see this slowing you down at all. I would like to help you put a routine together to take advantage of the time you have and whatever tools you may have or want to add. If I were you I would take a look through the SRT routine to get a good idea of what kind of routine you want to do. I also suggest you go to the Store and check out some of the awesome new equipment we have just developed that may help you. You’re definitely a survivor and not one to complain, I admire that.

Brother, reading this forum and following the advices of DLD plus the supremods you WILL get results.
Did you know that you might potentially have in your hands (pun intended) the solution for one of our life long problems?

THE GRIP. Once you reach an advanced level of PE, the force you need to pull and stretch is immense. So much that your hands cant take it anymore. They cramp and simply cant hold a strong enough grip anymore to pull the penis.

HOWEVER, if you ever get a sophisticated prothesis, which are advancing in technology and access to the public by the day at a remarkable pace, with a grip strong enough, you could resolve that issue forever. We use devices in order to pull strong enough, but devices will never be as comfortable and safe as an "ok" grip.

Start growing!

Thanks, guys! I honestly did not expect much activity on this thread. I'm glad you are willing to offer your experience to help me progress toward my goals. As I was saying previously, I had discovered manual jelqing maybe 10 years ago, but have only recently dedicated myself to this journey. After my accident and discovery of the Power J Gym, I was invested in this process. I am just starting out and wanted to see if this tool actually worked and also if I could simplify the task (the power j gym was advertised to be more effective than traditional jelqing and appeared to be my best option to see if PE was possible (now that I had only 1 hand),

I do have 'sophisticated' prosthetics, Jackxxx and have found that my myo hook works the best for most of my daily needs. I have debated on switching to my myo electric hand to accomplish some different stretches now that I extended my PE sessions to include this warm- up and cool down.

My current exercise program is very simple:

Upon waking, I use an electric heating pad to warm up the tissues for approx 10 minutes.

I immediately go into 5- 10 minutes of stretching (incorporated a few of the SRT stretches today) now that I figured out how to behind toward the cheeks 30 sec X3 all directions, 30 sec to Right/ 20 sec to Left, and 30 sec toward stomach, and 30 directly away from me.

I then went into 20 minutes of using the power j gym (alternating from rolling on the top and bottom, and then either side). Every time I would roll the sides, I would pull to my right-hand side (I've always noticed that when either flaccid or erect that I lean to the left and figured that the ligament was tighter on the left side).

I have recently started incorporating kegals. This addition was ultimately to enhance my PE goals of increased erections and to enhance girth. I will disclose that the motorcycle accident also resulted in the amputation of a leg and shattered/ dislocated my pelvis. It is my thought that strengthening my pelvic floor will also aide in reducing urinary urgency (something that has been troubling since my injuries).

I complete my modest program 2X daily approx 12 hours apart. The recommended use of the power j gym was 15 min daily or 15 min 2X daily for faster results. I bumped that recommendation to 20 min 2x daily because I was seeking simplicity and honestly trying to cheat the process (figured the extra 5 min of activity would cancel out skipping a proper warm- up). I am starting to worry that my day is going to be eaten away if I continue my exercise style in this way: 15 min has become 20 min twice daily, which is now 40 minutes twice daily with the warm- up/ cool down.

I still plan to use the power j gym to take the place of traditional jelqing, I understand the importance of warm- up/ cool down, I plan to wear the extender overnight or days that I am not working (I spend most of my day running around, bending, lifting paitents during work and I'm not sure how wearing an extender will go yet). I am interested in a silllisleeve to wear during the day to heal in an extended state instead and interested in trying weights next (so the SiliStretcher will probably be my next devce). I'm just trying to invest slowly and that way I can see my progress with each tool as I add it in and see the results of each independently as I slowly increase the stress. I feel I have good girth so my focus is on length at the moment: hence my decision for the sizegenetics and to assist my lack of stretching previously. I will consider a bathmate pump down the line if I feel I need assistance with girth work. Right now I am just getting into the process and I'm going to see where it takes me. I feel there is a learning curve with this website so your responses are greatly appreciated. I learned the majority of my info from youtube and was wondering if there was a way to watch videos of exercises/ learn new techniques on this website to compensate for my visual deficits?

I am envious of your Myo hook man!! You basically can do what our natural hands cant!! And you even have the option to switch to a human like looking hand! That is awesome. We are getting to the point in which prosthetics are better than natural limbs. Stronger, more precise, versatile, indestructible.

Haha that's what I hoped for in the beginning! They have some pretty high tech limbs, but the more moving parts, the more fragile they are. Because I was 17 at the time I was run over and very active, my doctors had to determine how well they would hold up... long story short, I have broken every limb I've been issued. PS as a double amputee, I had a wood print applied to my prosthetic leg so that it looked like a hybrid of an olde timee peg leg so I could enter a costume contest.

During this evening's session, I started using principles of exercise training. Instead of stretching in one direction for 30 seconds and then switching to a new direction, I kept heavy traction (as much as I was physically able and would move in diagonals: top let down to behind right cheek and vice versa, back and forth at top, up/down, side- to- side etc for a total of 5 minutes at the end of a power j gym jelq session) to serve as a cool down.

What do you think the effectiveness of this dynamic style stretching is compared to a static hold? Additionally, as my regimen builds in exercises, do you see benefit to reducing the time spent jelqing daily or stick to the recommended 15- 20 minutes and continue to add in total time daily or swap out the type of exercises each day/ session (morning/ night)?

Where would be the best place to learn expressive stretching?

Hi @studentofgrowth !

There you can find different videos of exercises.

Your story is very inspiring and it's great to have you here at MoS!

Training wise it's good to mix things up from time to time, from what you mentioned about dynamic stretching vs static holds. I'm sure someone more advanced has a more solid viewpoint than I do.
I do most things in quite static way.

For now, I am just a bit overwhelmed. Sorry I couldn't help more than this for now, but this is a helpful community. :)

Thanx arkailija! Idk know why i cannot get to the videos by clicking the media link.
I switched from my haphazard stretching routine to the one described by DLD in the newbie forum. I already feel like I am making solid gains.

I understand that wearing an extender is the best option after a workout, however, I will have to experiment with mine after it comes by the end of the week to determine if I could wear it at work after my morning session. I am more likely to wear it once I get home and before I go back into work the next day. I did pick up a product very similar to the silli rings to stealthily stay encouraged between workouts (when not wearing the sizegenetics). I hoped to get a silli sleeve, but I'll have to purchase that through the MOS shop.

I was wondering if wearing a silli ring will also assist with length gains when healing or if the rings focus primarily on girth?

The rings will help both length and girth, but probably will help focus more on girth. Its a balancing act, if you dont want to focus on girth, try not to use them when your fully engorged for example after a pump session.

Using at other times is still helpful

THANX! I apologize if I'm coming off as too needy. I'm just trying to get set up so that I can start to really make some gainz. I'm amazed at how far this science has progressed and I'm trying to make this process fit into my schedule as possible and I appreciate all of your input to help me make the best decisions based on the experience of others.

I had planned on picking up a ring so that I could be using something to work on girth gains too. I'm really glad that this community shares workouts and their progress. I'd be more than pleased with gaining 2 inches using the newbie program and I have a lot of faith in using the size genetics. I now pumps provide instant gratification, but I am in this for the long haul and see them as more of a novelty item. What are your thoughts on them? Should a pump be a staple of a program?

No problems. Pumps offer something when used correctly with low pressure, and gaps between sets doing some manual work like stretching if length is in mind, or SSJ if girth.

I will be starting a routine in a few weeks that involves pumping in a tight tube, so packing it, which works the length. Without me going into it all, I will use light to moderate pressure with gaps between the sets, they wont be long either, and afterwards I will hang ... yes hang.

Its often boo hooed, but, I see potential in pumping then hanging, because your elongating expanding the penis with the vacuum right, then the hanger is working on an already fatigued penis further.

Stay tuned to my routine :) but yeah it has a place, use sensibly.

What would be a good beginner pump to start off with? I know the bath mate is supposedly fool proof, but offers limited pressure settings. Would I end up regretting the purchase and want to replace it with something like the mity pump before long?

I’d be interested to find out more about this program that you are putting together. I find that I feel the most intense ligament stretch pulling downward or behind to the cheeks (because of this, I feel hanging would be very beneficial).

From my viewpoint the Mityvac is for new players and seasoned guys. (And inbetween!)
I do use my Bathmate or Penomet, today for the heck of I tried the Penomet cylinder after a long pause.
It's the guessing game that's at times "fun" but not very suitable for tracking the progress.
Very feel based and that's something that can vary a lot. (Other days you feel like you can do so many sets and on other days slightest discomfort is just too much.)

One more thing, it's good to invest in certain tools. A good cylinder and a pump will last for a long time. (And MoS Shop has the lifetime guarantee! ;) )
Just putting this out there for others who might be browsing. Those cheap pumps one finds in catalogs, adult stores etc., are quite often junk. I know from personal experience, had one cheap cylinder that actually pretty much shattered. No injuries, thank goodness!

Give RED some time, he'll come up with something very interesting!

Hanging is quite intense indeed, I'm only just getting into it but it can be intense. Good planning with the weight sets is necessary, I'm still on a learning path. And I will be, everyday is a chance to learn something! :)

Thanks for the reply and input on pumping. I am debating my next tool purchase (btw the lengthmaster, silistretcher, or a pump). I’m not sure which would produce the best quality gains to add to device assisted Jelqing, manual Jelqing, healing in size genetics for periods after sessions, and wrapping for the “off” periods with a siliwrap. I am pleased with length to girth ratio and would like to grow proportionately. As an upper extremity amputee, I feel performing effective manual girth exercises may prove challenging. Any suggestions?

This is why I feel a pump would be a good addition to my PE toolbox.

Yes the mityvac pump is awesome. See MityVac the serious penis enlargement vacuum pump that kicks ass!!!! - Matters of Size | Penis Enlargement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums

No reason then, why you couldn't use the pump on low pressure [3-5HG] for sets lasting 10-20 mins, and then get into the extender afterwards, to work on that fatigued penis.

So long as you dont have fluid retention around the head, foreskin, you would be fine.

Silistretcher is more ADS at the moment, but can hang weights albeit with the current sleeves its light, but that is often enough for many. Those wishing for more weight need to wait till the new heavy stronger sleeves come out for the SS.

Lengthmaster is a dream for the guy that uses his hands, takes it too the next level. Also get the hanger attachment, but use a wrap like ACE or a sleeve to cushion the penis before hanging weight with that.

Lengthmaster could be a good way over the pump, if your just wanting length.

The pump can target both length and girth, or, specifically either one. For example, if you wanted to hit length, the cylinder would be a narrow one, so your girth is packed very quickly inside, this leads to the vacuum moving the penis in length, and if you wanted to hammer girth, you would go with a wider cylinder then usual, but have something like a mitysleeve at the base to avoid the balls getting sucked up into the tube.

It will cost more, the pump way, but it is worth it. Just need to do it carefully, you do not need much pressure at all. 3-5HG for a new guy, just ease into it.

If you have anymore questions feel free to ask them, or anything specific your not sure on.
