Hi everyone,

thoughts about hanging are going through my head. I'm thinking about building the Snake Hanger and/or getting a Bib right away.
I have plenty of Theraband and other wrapping material from extender use, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm wondering what other accessories I'm gonna need to hang.

To start out, ppl are probably hanging straight down or between the cheeks?
Do you guys hang standing up or sitting in a chair?
Will I need some sort of pulley system that I attach to my table right away?
Should I just hang over the edge of a regular office chair?

No one ever seems to talk about these kinds of issues. Remember I'm new to this, fulcrums and the like shouldn't be required yet.

Also: What are you usually doing while hanging? Watch TV, surf the Internet?
 
I know you're new and I'm not being an ass, but have you looked through this forum at the sticky posts up top? Many of them go over most of the questions that you say "no one ever seems to talk about". From my own experience and from what I've also seen coaching guys on hanging, most start simple. Standing up. BTC or sitting and other angles are for after you have gone through the initial skin stretching phase. Even if you are experienced with manual stretching, and feel you "should have" stretched skin already, hanging is totally different. Mainly because you have a fixed device pulling on your penis from a very small, focused area.

I like to read, eat, watch TV, etc. Bare in mind, you will need to have a clock or timer near by to keep track of your set times...10 minutes, 15, 20 for example.

Exactly, we're not trying to come off asses here either, but more often it's not the "issues" being discussed, rather guys just not looking around enough.

Just go to the video section and you will see me and stills techniques on hanging and wrapping,I would suggest starting with a LM hanger then going to a BIB Starter,Like SWM said you have to get
yourself used to skin pull or stretch and develop mental toughness,But to answer your question?

Steps To Hanging:
1) Start by sitting in a chair with about 5 pounds SD
2) Every week or 2 add about 1 or 2 pounds
3) Make sure you only do about 15 to 20 min a set for as many as your comfortable with.
4) Reheat penis and use Leech Oil when Done.Also after each set shake the blood back into your wang.
5 )Bang your Ol,Lady LOL:)

thanks for your replies guys. You're right swm, some of my questions were quite stupid in hindsight. I thought I knew quite a bit, but I spent another couple of hours reading up yesterday and things are a bit clearer now.
I have plenty ideas on how to perform SO, OTL, SU, OTS hanging, but I'm not quite sure how to do BTC and SD, which would probably be the most important angles for me in the beginning (right?)

I'll try to rephrase what I found and hope someone can just tell me that I got it correctly.
SD is just sitting in a regular office chair with the weight hanging from a rope over the edge. I'm not quite sure if the hanger is supposed to be still up on the chair (i.e. the rope is on the edge) or over the edge (i.e. your dick is on the edge of the chair)? Do you have to add something to reduce the friction on the edge?

BTC is performed with two chairs, having your ass on one chair and your hamstrings on another one of similar height. The weight just hanging downwards not touching either of the chairs.

One questions that concerns both these positions is ball position for me. Should I split them like kingsnake does in some of his pictures or just put them on alternating sides to have them out of the way? Or is this a non-issue that kinda takes care of itself?

Straight Down is usually done just standing up. BTC is done seated slightly reclined with your legs (feet) propped up on another chair or something about the same height level as your chair is. This tilts your pelvis and changes the hanging angle to BTC. You'll definitely be dropping the weight quite a bit when you first start BTC because it is the most intense angle from my own experience.

As far as moving your testicles goes, I always just pulled mine over to one side or the other. There's no science behind it ;)

Get creative. Read, watch TV, a good movie, study a new language....I mean really.
 
It is very easy to occupy your mind while hanging, it really is a no brainer.
 
Yes never watch ����. It can be really frustrating if the erection doesn't go away.
