Hey, I'm starting out at 5.75 length and 5 girth when erect. I hope, with a lot of hard work, I can reach 7 length and 6 girth.

I'm going to do this

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

1)_Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

5) Cranking Rotary: Once at maximum stretch hold straight in front of you crank or rotate your penis for 30 cranks.

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

then warm down



just wondering, how many seconds inbetween jelqs? also, when jelqing do i keep my hand in the same place as i go up the shaft, or do i let it slide a little bit too? Sorry for the very newbie quesitons, but I really don't want to injure myself!

I almost forgot. How do i fit masterbaition in? i don't think i'm supposed to do it right before or after jelqing, and i don't want to over train myself. So should i do it at night and try to get it over with as fast as posssible?

Welcome! Your goals are very attainable and you are starting with the perfect basic routine. This was the exact routine I started with and I made very good initial gains.

The basic jelq has no time in between reps. You go one hand after the other. Your goal with the basic jelq is to bring the blood at the extreme base of the penis to just below the glans. This is accomplished by firmly sliding the hand up the penis. As one hand gets to the top the second begins the next stroke.

Masturbation is best saved for after GIRTH work (JELQ being considered GIRTH) This is suggested because JELQING requires good engorgement and this is easily attained prior to masturbation. Many folks Masturbate prior to stretching if erections get in the way of FLACCID work.

I too am in DLDs newbie phase, starting week two, and i havent measured just yet but my stats should be *very* similar :)

For Jelqs i dont switch hands, i would do 150 with one hand, then 150 with the other. I dont think it makes a difference and i find it easier and quicker as i am not cut and need to keep on top of the foreskin :)

I am wrestling with the masturbation issue too and am trying to not do it at all within an hour either side of the Penis Enlargement workouts. I am suffering from sudden erections and trying to teach my body that Penis Enlargement time is *not* playtime :)

squeeze it hard. you'll know you are doing it right if your head swells up like a giant mushroom as you'll have pushed the blood there from the base. you'll soon get the hang of it.

Give yourself a full session. Start easy and work up to 100%. There is a learning curve but you'll get there:)
 
reaing your routine makes me jealous, I started with 1000 hard jelqs a day (no breaks) right at the beginning, got a thrombosed vein and gained nothing in the 3 weeks i did it

Erect exercises are not a no no, they just require more caution. I think the greatest girth gains come from an 85% - 95% erection.

dunno, maybe overtrained? less can be more and at least one day a week rest in the early days couldnt hurt i would guess ?:(
 
Firstly, hello all my name is Justin - And I was just looking up some random stuff on the internet and I came across this.

Ok, so secondly, am I suppose to do everything from the list below everyday, and 3 times a day? Example, when I wake up, start the excercise, follow 1 - 5 and then around noon (12pm) should I start again and do 1 - 5 again and then before I goto bed do 1 - 5 again?
