Sounds like a nice idea but, other than something very simple and basic, it would all depend on the person's weight loss goals, wouldn't it?
I mean, as I said, other than something really basic that can be a starting point for other more tailored solutions, you won't find a "one-size-fits-all" routine. (confused)

Exactly true and this is part of the reason I did not elaborate on the diet portion. I really should take that portion out to cause less confusion.

Just really depends on how much you can handle but this is a good way to look at rest.
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

This makes sense. As I said, I'm giving this a shot. I need to start a progress thread but it wouldnt let me.

I think the issue is I'm not on one of the paid members, so I couldn't post. But that was the only progress thread I saw.

Unless I need a certain ampunt of posts first before I can make my own thread?

Dam i just tried to buy the SRT bundle but Klarna or whatever only allows up to 400. I wish i could pay the difference $326 and do the 400 split. I figured If i am gonna buy the MOS REE light and the length master might as well get all of it for a little more. Hopefully i can just borrow some $ and make it work while the discount is on. To be continued... lol

Yes it is and the best part is you can tweak it here and there or switch it up when you get used to it. I will finally be able to do ALL the exercises since i have all the tools now. Going to take some getting use to with everything but I am eager so I hope I can get accustomed quickly I have the rest of the night before bed with nothing to do. I have looked forward to the bundled stretches with the LM for a long time.
