It is kind of strange depending on how you get to the main page. There are 2 currently and I have no idea why, most likely temporary as site changes are made. But soon it will be one page that will be simple and easy to navigate.

I've been seeing the same page every since the changes started.

In the past I used to see two pages. I see a page of yourself in a video and other times I don't see that video of you. But now I'm seeing only one page ever since this changes started.

Yes, He is still trying things so the main page will go through some changes as will other parts of the forum. We will be setting up the Live Streaming system also to start doing live podcasts and video, which I really look forward to, I love connecting with my Brothers as intimately as possible and this will make that a reality.

It seems like this thread just ended. Did the SRT conversation move? Also, I probably missed it, but I couldn't find anything on how to incorporate the reverse kegel.

You mention doing the reverse kegel while stretching. Do you do them with all stretches, even the erect stretches? Also, you mentioned you are developing an SRT for hanging. I would love to see that. Your information is awesome. BTW - should I do reverse kegels while hanging?

During all stretching and hanging reverse Kegels should be used. The whole idea of using the RK is to put the pelvic floor muscles into submission so they can no longer hold back on the stretch you’re doing. So the full intensity of the stretch is going to the ligament the shaft and internal penis.

Thanks. I did the RKs while hanging today. It basically feels like I'm trying to push my penis out of my body:) I don't understand, though, how many I should do. I hang for three 20 minute sessions. I did an RK about every 30 seconds. Does that seem right? I'm doing the girth portion of your SRT program, but do you have any suggestions about how I should perform the lengthening portion of SRT using hanging?
 
Be careful not to push too hard when doing RKs or you will poop in your pants by accident.

I do the Reverse Kegels for as long as I can. I’m not sure how long that is maybe two minutes. Keep the RK as long as you can and then take a break and go back into it. The RK is so important because of the additional ability you’re given to gain length through avoiding the Pelvic floor muscles. I would not get over obsessed with it just try to RK as much as possible.

As far as the hanging portion of SRT I will be using my routine called pyramid sets. Here is the basic workout:

DLD's Pyramid Stretch Sets

1st Set
20 Minutes hanging straight down with 20 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward stretches held for 50 seconds each.

2nd Set
20 Minutes hanging OTS with 15lbs. Followed by 10 manual DLD blasters modified to 10 second kegel followed by a 40 second reverse kegel.

3rd Set
20 Minutes hanging straight down with 10 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward stretches held for 50 seconds each.

4th Set
20 Minutes hanging BTC with 5 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward rotary stretches .

Thanks, DLD. It's very generous of you experts to help others so much. I'm laughing at the 20lb weight, though. I feel like my insides are being pulled out, and I'm only at 3lbs. I'm getting my silistretcher on Monday. Maybe that's a better hanger than I'm using. I have two questions: 1) Does OTS mean over the shoulder? 2) What's the easiest and most comfortable way to get in the BTC position.

The SiliStretcher is my favorite new tool! It can do so much. The only tool that can compare is the Lengthmaster but that is a completely different animal. Both play a big part in SRT.

OTS = Over the Shoulder
Behind the Cheeks while hanging or in general? While hanging you can hang off the side of a chair or bed, that is the furthest without using a modification like a rope or a pulley. By hand, which is much easier, you simply grab from behind and stretch up your back.
