Would you be able to put together a routine I can follow? It's been a while since I've done PE and I looking to get the most bang for my buck in at max 30 minutes a day. I'm thinking slow squash jelqs as opposed to normal ones,, but not sure about length.. I don't have all the srt supplies but I'm atleast looking to purchase the all day stretcher.Always my brother
