Quick question mos family, can I use the Bathmate for expressive stretching instead of the Mighty Vac? I have been doing that and had a slight positive difference in my inner penis coming out. I will continue to see where it goes but just want to hear your thoughts on this.

I invented expressive stretching using the Bathmate ? Hard-core stretches can be done a few different ways now but originally they were done with the Bathmate.

Since the title of this thread also mentions "perfect body", I'll just share (again) this piece of info with you guys.
Life has caught up with me for about 4 years, bla, bla, bla, no time for exercising, lack of discipline, different priorities, bla, bla, bla.
Skip forward to 1 month ago I finally make a point in getting back to running. Nothing too intense, I'm just doing 20 minutes of running and I've been able to do it around 5-6 times now. I've been wanting to do it 3 times a week, but so far I haven't been able to, so one week I did it 2 times and the others only once.
Ever since the very first time I went back to running, I immediately started getting really strong morning wood again.
Now, before I got back to running, I was having big trouble with my stamina in bed. Sometimes, I couldn't finish because I would run out of gas, basically.
Today, though, not only did I go running for some more 20 minutes – at a faster pace than previously, mind you – (after a 60 rep jelq session), after a couple of hours the libido kicked in and I banged my wife reaaaally niiiiiice. It was no sex marathon, but I felt my stamina had improved greatly. Plus, my EQ never let me down.
So, to sum it up, if you want to take your PE to the next level, make sure to include some cardio in it. :) It helps with your vascularity (indispensable for growth results) and your stamina. Plus, it helps with weight loss, so it gets you closer to "a perfect body".

It's all about proper circulation, and cardio greatly improves this. Make sure to stay hydrated, and don't be afraid to throw cayenne pepper in with your meals. Yum!

I am in my second weight shed. Last time, I went from 300 down to 159 in a year. This time, I was back up to 280 (FOR SHAME!), and now am wearing my old clothes again. I refuse to weigh myself anymore....

I'm a lazy piece of meat, always trying to be as lazy as possible for reaching my goals haha! Tracking calories works wonders for weightloss.

I just hate it, because i'm always bored then, no matter how great music I'm listening too. That's why I love cycling on home trainer which I got cheap and jumping rope, can watch series/movies beside and so on LOL

You must be choosing the wrong locations to run, then. LOL If you chose the right park or whatever, you won't get bored because you'll see lots of ladies working out with their lady lumps bouncing all over the place. Plus, you get to show them your newly developed bulge. Can't lose, really LMAO

Sounds like a nice idea but, other than something very simple and basic, it would all depend on the person's weight loss goals, wouldn't it?
I mean, as I said, other than something really basic that can be a starting point for other more tailored solutions, you won't find a "one-size-fits-all" routine. (confused)
 
I can drop weight very quickly. All I do is stick to a strict and very disciplined diet. Water water water, plants plants plants, tea tea tea....

What I NEED to start doing is building muscle, and do more cardio. Just no time...

My point is, if you can find the time to do 15 right now, chances are you can do the same several times throughout the day. It's not strenuous, it probably won't make you break a sweat, but it's still exercise.
If you're body is used to doing zero push-ups every day, when you manage to squeeze in 15 push-ups (it should take you less than a minute, but even if it does... it's only one minute) three, four, five times a day, your adding a total of 60-90 push-ups daily. That, comparing to zero, has to do something to your body.
You can use this type of strategy for any kind of exercise. Once you're conditioned enough, you won't believe what 10-25 burpees a day could do for you.
The secret, as with PE, is daily action. :)
